botta bing!
You have got to be kidding me. (wink) These results are from THE most reliable statewide pollster and they are FANTASTIC.
If they hold, we are looking at an absolute blowout on election day.
Yahoo!!! I just watched Russert on CNBC and I thought the sky was falling!!! Thanks for the lift.
Minnesota, Florida and Ohio look good. As long as this pattern holds bush should win. The big unknown factor is how well the Dems. have done with their top down effort to manufacture fraudulent votes.
Can some check DU? I just took a shower and slipped into my PJs and don't want to soil them. But this is good news.
ping for 11/2 1100pm
Excellent results. Bush lost two of those states in 2000, I believe. If he picks up just those two and holds status quo on the rest, then he's in.
Mason-Dixon Polling & Research, Inc. of Washington, D.C. conducted these polls from October 15 through October 18, 2004. A total of 625 likely voters in each state were interviewed by telephone.
I just wish these results could be frozen till Tues nite. Please, God, shine your face upon America and G W Bush.
So Kerry is winning Michigan, New Hampshire and Wisconsin.
As for the peeps asking about IA, it won't matter if these numbers hold in the other states.
Oooh, did you see that? Bush is leading OH, but his unfavorables are higher than Kerry's. Bush's favorable is 48, neutral 11, unfavorable 41. Kerry's favorable is 41, neutral 41, unfavorable 18.
Mostly excellent news. Go Minnesota! I did see that they now have Kerry two points ahead in Wisconsin, but I think Bush is going to win Wisconsin. Kerry is up only two points in Michigan. I'm waiting for the Gallup poll and if it says Bush is up five points or more, he'll take Michigan, too.
Of course, all Bush needs is Ohio and Florida and it's game, set, and match -- the rest is merely running up the score.
Beautiful.

OK, I'm going to bed happy, now. Good night!
