ABCNEWS HOLDS TERROR WARNING TAPE
**Exclusive**
In the last week before the election, ABCNEWS is holding on a videotaped message from a purported al Qaeda terrorist warning of a new attack on America, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
The terrorist claims on tape the next attack will dwarf 9/11. "The streets will run with blood," and "America will mourn in silence" because they will be unable to count the number of the dead. Further claims: America has brought this on itself for electing George Bush who has made war on Islam by destroying the Taliban and making war on Al Qaeda.
ABCNEWS strongly denies holding the tape back from broadcast over political concerns during the last days of the election.
The CIA is analyzing the tape, a top federal source tells the DRUDGE REPORT.
ABCNEWS obtained the tape from a source in Waziristan, Pakistan over the weekend, sources tells DRUDGE.
"We have been working 24 hours a day trying to authenticate [the tape]," a senior ABCNEWS source said Wednesday morning.
The terrorist's face is concealed by a head dress, and speaks in an American accent, making it difficult to identify the individual, but US intelligence officials believe that man may be Adam Gadhan - aka Adam Pearlman - a southern California native who was highlighted by the FBI in May as an individual most likely to be involved in or have knowledge of the next al Qaeda attacks.
According to the FBI, Gadahn, 25, attended al-Qaida training camps and served as an al-Qaida translator.
The disturbing tape runs an hour -- the man simply identifies himself as 'Assam the American.'

Personally, I don't think the Moslems are dumb enough to do anything before such a supposedly close election. They saw everyone rally around Bush.

Understood. But it's a classic "damned if you do, damned if you don't" scenario. And it could happen with ANY president. But of course that's why we need to have someone we can have some degree of TRUST and CONFIDENCE in, regardless of his other views. Luckily for us, Bush outscores the pandering, desperate Kerry on this score, as well as on the "policy" score.

What is most disturbing is the fact that the tape runs almost an hour. Sounds like a Democrat. I wonder what else he is saying. Vote for Kerry?
Passing the tape to CIA/Pentagon instead of immediately airing it was exactly the right thing to do.

Bret Baier says that ABC news has had the tape for 3-4 days at least and handed the tape over to the government only a day or two ago.Something really needs to be done about that! Maybe this is why they had Bush down 2 pts yesterday. Sickos.
The threat does not depend on whether Bush wins this election. America ALREADY elected Bush in 2000 and he ALREADY attacked Al Queada and the Taliban.
But the question is why it was given to ABC, and how soon was it before they turned it over to the CIA?
The first question is obvious: ABC and Jennings are traitors to America. Remember the memo from their management saying to help Kerry?
How long...they supposedly got it this weekend and today is Wednesday and ABC still hasn't told us about it, only Drudge. Perhaps ABC gave it to Drudge to let him take the heat (just as the DWI tape went to Carl Cameron).
Also interesting that Cuba just announced yesterday; that as of November 7, 2004 they will no longer be using the American Dollar.
We have a choice: Bush win means we fight. Kerry win means we surrender.
