ABCNEWS HOLDS TERROR WARNING TAPE
**Exclusive**
In the last week before the election, ABCNEWS is holding on a videotaped message from a purported al Qaeda terrorist warning of a new attack on America, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.
The terrorist claims on tape the next attack will dwarf 9/11. "The streets will run with blood," and "America will mourn in silence" because they will be unable to count the number of the dead. Further claims: America has brought this on itself for electing George Bush who has made war on Islam by destroying the Taliban and making war on Al Qaeda.
ABCNEWS strongly denies holding the tape back from broadcast over political concerns during the last days of the election.
The CIA is analyzing the tape, a top federal source tells the DRUDGE REPORT.
ABCNEWS obtained the tape from a source in Waziristan, Pakistan over the weekend, sources tells DRUDGE.
"We have been working 24 hours a day trying to authenticate [the tape]," a senior ABCNEWS source said Wednesday morning.
The terrorist's face is concealed by a head dress, and speaks in an American accent, making it difficult to identify the individual, but US intelligence officials believe that man may be Adam Gadhan - aka Adam Pearlman - a southern California native who was highlighted by the FBI in May as an individual most likely to be involved in or have knowledge of the next al Qaeda attacks.
According to the FBI, Gadahn, 25, attended al-Qaida training camps and served as an al-Qaida translator.
The disturbing tape runs an hour -- the man simply identifies himself as 'Assam the American.'

I worked in an around media, local (Boston) and national from the 60s to the 80s. Over that time, network news consistently lost audience. This is before FR and home computers!
Back then they were talking about giving up on the network news - local news always did fine. I don't know why they didn't give it up like they were saying so long ago and can't imagine how they're still in business now.
But to most of us, it sure as heck looks like suicide.

That is probably a good indicator of imminent attack--in Beslen the local Muslim populace mostly left town in the days immediately prior to the Islamofascist attack on the children. They were tipped.
Especially movie complexes where several hundred can gather or teh Crystal Cathedral. Both of those are easy to hit as well.

G osh I didn't know that, I thought I read all pertinent factsd about Beslan because it broke my heart as well as made the hair stand up on the back of my neck whenever I picked up granddaughter for a couple of weeks.

Based on your premise, I would look for places like stadiums, ballparks, Cathedrals and other mass gatherings to be targets.
They would have a field day of rich targets on New Years Eve.
I imagine a lot of people aren't trusting the CIA these days. I'm taking a wait-and-see attitude with Porter Goss in there; but a lot of the employees seem to be lefties these days (for whatever reason escapes me).
Makes no sense for OPEC to strike their customers this way or to ever patronize or finance terror unless under threat.

Well if I remember right the last lunar eclipse we had during ramadan was when there was a terrorists strike in Ramahdi, Saudi Arabi. I think that was about 2 yrs ago.

I do not like this week and half for voting - I imagine, for example that there are alot of people that have voted for sKeery that would now change their votes.
there is no need for such a long voting time...Just stream line the voting system.
Personally, I think the old fashioned paper , mark your X (actually, in my little hamlet, that's just what we have, LOL) - but seriously, a paper, with PHOTOS for the candidates (who could say they mistakingly voted for the wrong one 'cause it was confusing...like "I mistook "GW" for sKerry") ...and use - like in USE - 2 ID's, at least one a photo...
along with rules that there has to be EQUAL representation of dims/repubs in town/city election committees./..Out of , what, some 47-8 districts in Florida, only 1 was run by republicans!!!! I'm getting tired, time for a nap...
