WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist has been hospitalized with thyroid cancer, the court said Monday.
Prayers up for his recovery, but I have to ask how this plays out if he passes away. Anyone with the knowledge?

Now I give the dems about 20 minutes to start crying about the election is now about Supreme Court Nominations and the repeal of abortion.
The dems will stoop to another low, that is my prediction. They will no doubt start spreading their hatred and ill will. They can't help it of course, since they have a track record of capitaliziong on deaths and illnesses.
