Rehnquist is at Bethesda Naval Hospital. "Serious condition" CNN is reporting, possibly thyroid cancer treatment. In intensive care.

Fox says he will return to the bench on November 1st.
Now I give the dems about 20 minutes to start crying about the election is now about Supreme Court Nominations and the repeal of abortion.
The dems will stoop to another low, that is my prediction. They will no doubt start spreading their hatred and ill will. They can't help it of course, since they have a track record of capitaliziong on deaths and illnesses.
