Joined by daughter Barbara, President Bush headed to the battleground state of Pennsylvania for a series of campaign stops. While in Pennsylvania, the President met with Roman Catholic Cardinal, His Eminence Cardinal Justin Rigali, at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in Downingtown. First Lady Laura and daughter Jenna headed to new Hampshire to also campaign for the President. Earlier in the day, Bush signed the Garrett Lee Smith Memorial Act. The act authorizes the spending of $82 million for youth suicide prevention programs at college campus mental health centers. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!
Not bad day went out to a friend's house tonight so got a bit of a break. Mum and and dad in bed now going with dad to the doctors tomorrow for his monthly appointment so will only be around for another 15 mins or so.
I like it, but doubt he'll win WA unless every single person in Eastern WA turns out for him and all the libs in Seattle stay home from the polls. Please, voters, prove me wrong.
I really wish I could help on November 2nd,but even if I did live in the States I'm only 17.
Crushkerry has a good head/laugh line: "KERRY IGNORES HIS CONSTITUENCY-EDWARDS TO REPRESENT FAMILY OF DEAD GOOSE!!!"
Thanks to both of you!!!
NEW 'W' FLASH MOVIE "LIVE 'W'HAT I BELIEVE - and Bommer Thank You Vanity
Pat Buchanan just mentioned the ABC nationwide poll has the President up 6 pts ... FNC poll has him up 7 points and Gallup up 8 points
Frank Lutz then mentioned the State Polls should be out in the next 48-96 hours and we should expect them even better
Wohooo!
What AWESOME photos of our HANDSOME president and his beautiful daughter!!! [Where does the President get his energy -- so many venues, so many speeches, so many rope lines, so many (hostile) reporters, so many world-altering decisions!!!]
Good evening. This is always a positive place to come. I have noticed something and wonder if someone would confirm my thoughts, or correct them. Day after day on this site I see these gigantic crowds and then I see Kerry in an auditorium or a small outdoor arena targeting the niche group du jour. Is Kerry drawing ANY large crowds like this??? thx...
Hope the dr. appt. tomorrow goes well. Glad you got a break today . . . . that's important, as you know. Blessings to you and your parents.
THANKS for the link . . . I printed the info. for my son.
Thanks for that sentiment our young Canadian friend. :-)
Did you see my post above (#69) about U.S. high schoolers picking Bush in a landslide? Yeehaw!
I heard those numbers too and was surprised because they're much better than the numbers that were on FOX earlier (you're getting tired of Greta and her obsession with the Peterson trial too????)
I think all their "little" stupid comments . . . Mary Cheney, Dick getting the flu shot, Terayyyza's about Laura Bush, etc., are really adding up and alienating voters. :-)
There is only one source for energy like that....He's connected to the "Vine".
You are very welcome.........
I thought the same thing about Teddy Kennedy. He's a slime. IT's a tribute to the President to invite him to be there.
Thats so funny, homemom. As soon as I heard Gore was going to Fl. I figured, well...Florida is in the bag!
I gave up on Gretta a while ago
I'll check what's on MSNBC and if my blood preasure can't handle it .. head over to HGTV :0)
When this happens, the democrats are gonna be looking for a scapegoat, and the long knives will brought out and it's gonna get ugly behind closed doors. Daschle will be voted out and the Democrats will be forced to accept the Agenda this President will have after this win
I was wondering if anyone else was getting sick of hearing about the Peterson trial. She acts like there's almost NOTHING else going on. I was surprised during the convention that she stopped long enough to mention what was going on in NYC.
