I have a feeling-a gut feeling--that this might be Mount-Saint-Helens-like Good-stuff.

Aw, well---I usually cant sleep anyway.

I also LOVE surprises.......

Maybe this has to do with Kerry covering up our POW/MIA in Vietnam?? Remember that trade deal?

I'm sorry, but I think the Swift Boat thing, and the whole Vietnam story has played out and the "undecided" don't give a rat's a$$ about it any more.

I've got to agree with you. Even if there is something new, it will get no play in the press. If this is the big surprise, Bush better have something else up his sleeve.

With them still beating the Bush National Guard drum -- as lates as last night's Scarborough -- you don't think a story that KERRY received a less than honorable discharge wouldn't change some minds when we're in the midst of a war and he's saying: "he wants to get back to where terrorism is considered a nuisance?"

Yeah I'd agree its been kindof played out too. But if they have proof that he got less than honorable discharge that would be huge. I dunno, if its on the front page it has to be newsworthy.

If its about Kerry's discharge, and it shows he us dishonorably, which I'm hoping, and he got it changed in 2001 (I think it was 01?). That would sink his boat.

The President must focus on Kerry's senate record and on Kerry's flip-flops over the past 12 months, as well as focus on his own vision for the future.

That's exactly the plan on the front line, where the Bush team is engaged.

But unaligned compatriots are still working other areas of weakness on the flanks.

Alot of people are interested in ensuring that this bitch is dead. Not dead like Jason in the first fourteen movies. We want him Generalissimo Francisco Franco dead.

(politically, not physically, Secret Service monitors.)

How could he hide a dishonorable discharge for all these years?

I think "negative" politicking has it's place... and it's been used up. I don't think there are any undecideds who care about Bush's ANG experience any more than they care about Kerry's discharge.

The electorate has been exposed to negative campaigning for almost a year. It's at this time in the race that people want to know, "Okay... what can candidate X do FOR me."

I'm not a doom and gloomer by any means, but I see the polls. Bush got his bounce during his convention when was a positive message in most respects. His numbers go up, when things are positive. I don't think any more dirt on Kerry is going to hurt him any, but the help will be negligible.

He's a liberal democrat from Mass. like Kennedy...I'm not sure thats the story but whatever it is it sounds bad for Kerry..
