Watch the crowd reacting to Kerry and Bush!

Posted on 10/08/2004 7:43:05 PM PDT by Ron/GA

Few people are approaching Kerry and everyone is crowding around Bush. Looks like a political statement to me!

And you're definitely right. When I graduate I plan on going Marine Corps, but if Kerry starts weakening defense I'll reconsider. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.

The reason I didn't end up in the navy after college was because Slick Willie had just been elected and one of his first actions was to start the whole "gays in the military" thing. I wanted no parts of serving under such a dirt-bag.

I did some channel surfing to try to get away from seeing the New York junior, but she kept popping up on other channels. I finally had to turn to TV off. No way would I ever voluntarily listen to that one.

Yes, thank Jesus, he did!!! Thank you, Lord! When Moses told God he couldn't go to pharoah because he stammered God said, "Who made men's mouths?" I know the Lord heard our prayers tonight!

"Are you serious? He really said that? That's really amazing."

McAulliffe is Clinton's 'boy'. Pretty sure; he really hates Kerry. . .he will be more than toast if he wins.

We here said the same thing,ALL those people flocking to W. and Laura to have their pictures taken. They were all smiling broadly. A few people frowning around Kerry; mostly Secret Service protection. If that isn't a TRUE POLL , nothing else matters.

I was only listening to the radio, and I thought the President kicked Kerry's tail to Dallas! I knew he blew the first one, but this one was a winner, hands down!

My 10 year old son stuck his head in the van tonight, listened for about 5 seconds, and said - "He's doing good tonight! Last time he sounded grumpy." ...from the mouths of babes...

The MSM was counting on the debates to insure Kerry's victory. Now that's down the drain, so they'll have to think up something else. An October surprise? The Swifties paid for a full page print ad that was devastating and have more to come. Just watching clips of the debate. GW is awesome. Calling Kerry on the raising taxes bit. Karl Rove and all those Bush/Cheney signs in the background. GW took command of that debate, took it away from Gibson right from the start, and then took Kerry to the woodshed. You couldn't miss it. The spin room afterwards seems to already have written Kerry off. He had to win tonight to be credible...as GW said, Kerry's not credible. Next Wed. is the last debate, on domestic issues. GW will give Kerry the final pink slip.

I noticed Kerry's lack of fans when he first walked over to the audience and had to reach in to shake someone's hand. Several people he was right next to noticeably did not reach out to shake his hand or say anything to him. Some were just looking away. Then the camera showed the President shaking hands that were extended out to him. He was talking and laughing with them. Kerry was wandering on the next shot, and it took a while before people were more attentive. Granted, shaking a president's hand would be first priority and then perhaps on to a senator afterwards, but Bush seemed a lot busier with the crowd than did Kerry who at one point was chatting with Gibson for a few moments. I didn't see Gibson speak to Bush.
