Bump for truth. In the NYT no less.
Today that dirtbag named John Karry claimed that George W. Bush FIRED General Shinsecki (sp?) That was a total Lie and Kerry knows it.... But all I hear from the Press is ........criskets
MARVELOUS!
This is gold.
Thanks for ping, Howlin.
I screamed at the TV (a common occurrence these days) when he said that. In the debate last week he ratcheted that rhetoric down a bit, but has now returned to the old line. He's a liar through and through.
The press has given him pass after pass on his lies about W and about his own military record. W has never gotten such a break from the MSM. I shouldn't be shocked, I know, but it angers me just the same.
Thanks Mr. Bremer for correcting the record which wouldn't have had to be corrected if the press in this country actually did thier job.
Yes,thanks for the ping!
The media is really getting to me!
Their bias is so damn bad!
...The president was right when he concluded that Saddam Hussein was a menace who needed to be removed from power.See also THIS thread:He understands that our enemies are not confined to Al Qaeda, and certainly not just to Osama bin Laden, who is probably trapped in his hide-out in Afghanistan. As the bipartisan 9/11 commission reported, there were contacts between Al Qaeda and Saddam Hussein's regime going back a decade...

The liberal bias toward the war in Iraq was one thing. Then came a propaganda piece that did more to line the pockets of a radical filmmaker than to tell the truth. Thats when Brad Maaske, a conservative businessman from the agricultural heart of California, decided enough was enough.
It was time for a documentary that told the truth about the human toll and terror under the personally guided regime of Saddam Hussein. WMD: The Murderous Reign of Saddam Hussein offers a balanced view of the real Iraq, before, during and following the military involvement of the United States and its allies. WMD provides an objective report for Americans to consider prior to going to the polls in November.
Co-producer of WMD is Iraqi film director Jano Rosebiani, known most recently for the documentaries, Mass Graves of Saddam Hussein and Chemical Ali. Never before seen footage of the atrocities perpetrated in Iraq, the chemical attacks and interviews with survivors provide a riveting testimony for the justification of war and military support during reconstruction.
Exclusive interviews and expert analysis of the current geopolitical situation are provided, including an in-depth interview by Victor David Hanson, author of eleven books, including The Western Way of War, An Autumn of War and Between War & Peace.
Theatrical exhibition in all major markets and a massive DVD release will follow.

"The press has been curiously reluctant to report my constant public support for the president's strategy in Iraq and his policies to fight terrorism. I have been involved in the war on terrorism for two decades, and in my view no world leader has better understood the stakes in this global war than President Bush."
DUH...not curious at all
bump
LOL! Thanks Tonk
Our troops continue to work closely with Iraqis to isolate and destroy terrorist strongholds. And the United States is supporting Prime Minister Ayad Allawi in his determined effort to bring security and democracy to Iraq. Elections will be held in January and, though there will be challenges and hardships, progress is being made. For the task before us now, I believe we have enough troops in Iraq.
Bump!
Thanks for Bremer's farewell address.
Did anyone ever get a copy of his goodbye speech to the Iraqi people. The Iraqi bloggers said the people were deeply touched by his words and I've never been able to find a copy of it. Naturally, the media didn't cover it.
It would be nice if this could get some television coverage on the cable news networks tomorrow, I mean today for us on eastern time.
