He's about as culturally relevant as C.W. McCall at this point.

10-4 Good Buddy!

Politics aside, I would disagree. I did see JCM back on the "Scarecrow" Tour years ago, and he put on a helluva show. Played for about three hours, no opening act. Loved hearing him do Small Town, Jack & Diane, Crumblin' Down, Lonely Ol' Night, Pink Houses, etc. This was back when he -did- shut up and sing.

YEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!

Well, isn't this interesting. After insulting and alienating over half their audience with their liberal tripe in essence telling us 'we don't need your stinking money'. 'Don't buy my CD's nor come to my concerts', concerts are being cancelled.

Fine. Let the libs pay and support your cause.

All not happening.

Gotta love it!!!

Hey Johnny, 'life goes on, long after the thrill of livin' is gone'. Jack and Diane are no longer thrilled Mr. Cougar.

Same here. I'm from Indiana and I liked him back in the '80's. So then he starts making a bunch of money and somehow thinks that makes know something about politics and he needs to educate us. Why does that happen to these people? I don't think it goes over to well with my fellow hoosiers.

Yeah I liked "John Cougar" when he first came out. That was 1979, I was 19. I grew up. He didn't (over 30 with no brain).

Mellencamp was good in his day. He has just turned into a bitter old man. But that is what living a godless liberal life will do to you.

Dixie chicks got booed. Said they were used to it.

I think their albums have gone to the dustbins of history.

Oh, and I forgot to add: Now I wouldn't dump Dave Matthew's tour bus refuse on him if he was on fire.
