Maybe but Kerry is already running something showing Bush at the debate. By the way, as Rush pointed out Kerry isn't using his own words at the debate, nor can he use Bush's effectively. Because Kerry said nothing good, Bush nothing wrong.
That rule only applies to the DNC and the RNC. An independent 527 group is perfectly within its rights to use those clips.

Nothing says the Swifties and 527's can't use any and all clips or quotes. It was a public debate. I hope they grab sKerry's ball and run with it!
