The well-dressed disrupter at the recent premiere of "Stolen Honor," a documentary film attacking John Kerry's role as a Vietnam War protester, has been identified as a Kerry campaign and Democratic National Committee staffer who had served time for manslaughter in a fatal shooting. Wayne F. Smith interrupted the question-and-answer session following the Sept. 9 showing in Washington, delivering a long speech assailing the film and defending Sen. Kerry. He did not identify himself, but he recently had joined the Kerry campaign's veterans outreach operation. The campaign told this column Thursday night that Smith worked for the DNC. Although Smith had an extension and a voicemail box at the campaign Thursday afternoon, it was removed by Friday morning. Old media accounts and "Stolen Valor," a 1998 book by Vietnam veteran B.G. Burkett, show that Smith, a Vietnam War medic, was sentenced to hard labor for being AWOL before his 1972 drug-related manslaughter conviction. Smith later obtained a college education and became executive director of the Justice Project, which attempts to use DNA evidence to exonerate unjustly convicted felons.

I can just imagine the people Kerry would have employed in the White House. The fact that this guy is polling over forty percent is really scary for the US.

Newbie!! DU troll!!!
That's better, Tonk. Kerry's Campaign, is just one battle in the never ending war against the liberal dims, schemes to turn America into a third world banana republic.
Keep up the excellent work. We salute you.

I'm in full agreement, CBG!
You post nothing but junk, and it would be refreshing not to have to read it.
No, wrong tense, wrong person.
You have snapped if you think what Tonk posts is junk!
Tonk is a helluva lot more welcome here than you are!
My Nephew is with us this week and I have been showing him the ropes on FR. He had asked about Kerry's first book and I used Tonk's post (with link) to show him and explain to him about Kerry's first book and what the cover stood for.
It may be junk to you, but it is not to me.

Well here come Ol' Tex after a shot a beer and some viagar. Welcome my friend and keep it in your pants.
No doubt it's great information. Once. Could you have found it on one of the other 1000 threads its posted on?
since we see it every day, unless there is something new, we could scroll beyond it. But new people get a basis when presented with a wealth of links and info - they have to catch up somehow!
I like to see where he's been and what his latest passion is...thanks!
Back to Kerry...
What a dork.
What a dork.
LOL yep. It amazes me that he was even able to finish 17 questions in 90 minutes. Let's hope the President losens up in the next two.
This guy is the ULIMATE Democrat!!! LOSER! FRAUD! AWOL!!
I am hoping W had a secret plan to play him out like a big fish, while some bad news for Kerry is crersting and ready to come crashing down....
I DO wish he had tied some of sKerry's comments about national security to his poor attendance/performance at the Senate...tell you one thing, MA residents had no idea that this bozo was missing so much time at work for the last 10 years - where has he been...Treblinka?
Anybody holding a gun on you forcing you to read it?
You can always scroll past it.
This is purly a personal opinion of mine: I would rather you leave that feel unwelcome.
Who died and appointed you GOD? Are you too stupid to scroll past? Many, many of us appreciate the post.
Keep posting Brother.
