Washington, DCAs John Kerry travels the country campaigning in the last 36 days of this election, hell be followed by a school of dolphins, led by Flipper, who will highlight Kerrys flip-flops on every major issue from the war on terror to whether or not he owns an assault rifle or an SUV.
As Flipper, Flopper, Flapper and Friends travel the Great Lakes region, the dolphins will provide daily updates via Flipper Cam which features video feeds from the road.
Each Friday the RNC will announce the results of the Name a Dolphin Contest based on suggestions submitted to the website throughout the week.
On a lot of issues Senator Kerry only has two or three positions. On Iraq he has 10 which means we need more dolphins, said RNC Communications Director Jim Dyke.
Today Flipper and Friends are in Wisconsin. To see Flipper and Friends as they travel the country, go to www.flippercam.com

Looks like a college intern did it for free on a drunken saturday night.
Im not berating the idea, just the ugly web site.

I still love it. AND since I used to be one of those "drunk college interns".. I find it very appealing. ;}
I think it is appealing to many different sorts of folks. I wouldn't change a thing about it!

I can't believe their wasting money on this. This is the kind of tactic that the Democrats would use and gives my Democratic friends ammo against the Republican party. They state that they can't give credit to our message cause they can't get past the name calling and I can't disagree. Boortz and Rush both lose credibility by doing this. This is childish. I'm fine with pointing out his position changes but, name calling is not the way to point it out. Why can't we take the high road and just state the facts.
Flame retardent suit donned. Flame away!

This is the kind of tactic that the Democrats would use and gives my Democratic friends ammo against the Republican party. You haven't been keeping up with the Dems. This is lighthearted fun, they make accusations about Nazis and dark conspiracies about PNAC and Halliburton.
Victory is easy when one's opponent is a laughingstock.

Ok. I sent them my two cents:
1. Lurchy
2. Loser
3. Wilty
4. Appeasy
5. Long Face Von Mooch Heinzen

On a lot of issues Senator Kerry only has two or three positions. On Iraq he has 10 which means we need more dolphins, said RNC Communications Director Jim Dyke.My Suggestions:
- Flounder (this one is obvious)
- Flunky (for when he blames it on his aides, such as about the rifle)
- Frenchy (for when he claims other countries will join him in Iraq if he's president, but can't name them)
- Flagger (for when he claims his patriotism is being questioned)
- Flatout (if it's a flat-out lie)
- Flighty
- Fickle
- Feather (featherbrained, featherweight, etc.)
- Frivolous
- Fanciful (this could also be used to make fun of the imaginary allies he says he'll bring onboard)
- Flaky
- Fluctuating
- Fluid
- Fribble (it's a real word, really)
- Fritter
- Flustered
Hey, it's a start ;-)

Aww, come on. It's light-hearted stuff like this that allows us to keep our sanity. The only thing that made the recount madness tolerable in 2000 were the awesome parodies.
