- Today, Bush-Cheney '04 announced the release of the campaign's newest television advertisement, "Searching." The ad contrasts John Kerry's numerous different positions on the War on Terror and asks how he can protect us when he does not even know where he stands. The ad will rotate in on national cable and in select local markets this afternoon.
Script For "Searching"
President Bush:
I'm George W. Bush and I approve this message.
John Kerry:
"It was the right decision to disarm Saddam Hussein, and when the President made the decision I supported him."
"I don't believe the President took us to war as he should have."
"The winning of the war was brilliant."
"It's the wrong war, in the wrong place, at the wrong time."
"I have always said we may yet even find weapons of mass destruction."
"I actually did vote for the 87 billion dollars before I voted against it."

when he doesn't even know where he stands?
Good ad. Could have been a little more "hard-hitting".

Yeah it should have been more hard hitting And they need to resurect the ad showing his abysmal record on the intelligence committee
I saw a link to an ad that was heard on Drudge last night that was way stronger and wish it could be more widely used. Made Kerry look like the total fool that he is! And I am sorry, I can't remember the link and couldn't find the posting in a hurry to find it again. Maybe someone more efficient than I can post it again.
It funny. I just read that some polls had Bush ahead of Kerry by a few points in Florida in a three way race. I now know who the third candidate is, Kerry! I wonder if he's going to debate himself as well...
bttt
oops, I just clicked the link. No offense was meant :-)
Kerry's own words and own record are his worst enemy. I like ads that use his words....makes him look indecisive and foolish in voters minds.
Kerry should be tested for Alzheimer's

Thanks for reminding me who had this wonderful bit. I couldn't stop laughing! Someone has got to put this on the air--it's better than anything I have seen anywhere!
Okay--so it is on the air, but I sure haven't heard it on the TV, or on other radio shows. And if he had pictures to go with it, it would be even better. I haven't heard him before, but I sure want to hear more!
Would you know of an ad like this that Drudge talked about on his radio show Sunday night. I am looking for a link. My husband heard it but says it's longer then this one.
