You forgot Anne Anarunlde County.
Dear crushelits,
In what way did I forget Anne Arundel County?

Sorry, bad spelling. Anne Anarundel Annapolis, home of The Anapolis Academy and the Navy.
Anne Anarundel is pretty liberal.
Bush carried Anne Arundel County with like 53% in 2000. I don't think it qualifies as a liberal stronghold, certainly not like Baltimore City, PG County or Montco.
Dear crushelits,
Actually, Anne Arundel County votes much more Republican than the big three jurisdictions.
Anne Arundel County voted heavily for Republican governor Bob Ehrlich (well over 60% if I recall correctly), and voted a majority for Mr. Bush in 2000.
The current county council is majority Republican.
The current House of Delegates delegation (excluding a few delegates whose districts are mostly in neighboring Prince Georges County, but are partly in Anne Arundel County) is majority Republican.
There are counties in the state that are more heavily Republican and conservative, but Anne Arundel leans Republican. It isn't very liberal at all.

Thanks, guys, for defending the honor of Lady Anne. ;-)
And we're just learning now that Nader is on the ballot...ouch, JFK. That can't be good.
"What does it mean by "military/vet"? "
PLEASE LIST YOUR COUNTY.

Dear July 4th,
"That can't be good."
Not for Monsieur Kerry.

JOHN R. LEOPOLD Republican, District 31, Anne Arundel County.
I just want to say that I am happy that my hard work is paying off somewhat. The President may not end up winning my home state, but there is hope and there is still more time!
The GOP is growing here in Maryland! Wait and see!!!
you have got to be kidding me.
I'll wait for another poll before I get excited.
Survey USA has a fairly decent track record but every now and then they get a poll that is way off the mark.
