A video posted Monday on a Web site showed the beheading of a man identified as American construction contractor Eugene Armstrong, a killing purportedly carried out personally by key terror suspect Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

What gets me more than anything is the total lack of history and perspective. Typcially I hear one of below:
1. Its the Jews
2. Its about Oil
3. We armed them.
I simply state as follows:
1. Are the Jews responsible for the beheadings and murder in the Sudan and in Africa????
2. Was the USA responsible for crusades and Islamic tortures going back hundreds of years????
3. Do you walk to school and wear polar gear in the winter??
4. Are you in favor of drilling for our own oil - wherever we find it???
Usually I get total insanity to my points. The fact is that Islam has violent past, regardless of what our liberal/anti-american scum think.
It is umcomfortable, but Islam is a religion that tolerates death and destruction. It refuses to cleanse itself from the cancer growing all over the body.
The only solution to this problem is to secure our borders and expel all illegal aliens from Middle East. Then, we need to totally blast these people back to hell.
This is key.
Radical Islam, like State Shinto and National Socialism, has captured the minds of a significant number of military-age young men. They are now committed to war.
In this mode, killing one recruits 3 more. Kill ratios, capture of HVTs, disruption of infrastructure are meaningless.
We have to change their minds.
Unfortunately (for them, but also for us, albeit in a differet way), the only historically proven effective way of doing this is slaughter so horrific that what seems to them now like a good idea becomes seen instead as insanity.
We have not shown that we are up to the task.
What is this "handle" Fallujah stuff? We've handled Fallujah.
Since the Marines cordoned off the area in May, we've had NONE of the IED attacks that killed all our guys last winter and early spring.
We've killed 1000+ of these punks since May 1. Day by day. A USAF F-16, now a Marine F-18 or a AC-130 knocking 15 of the worst Acne laden jihad-baboons into their virgin-free hell at any opportunity.
But that takes intel. Intel is only gained through Iraqi civilian cooperation. Iraqi civilian cooperation ... in Fallujah ... is only given to other Sunni Iraqis. That's the scary tribal nature of that place. It's a smugglers den, it's the closest thing to a Wahabbist movement since the Taliban. Saddam couldn't control Al-Anbar, he bribed them.
Every strike we make there is targeted, effective and deadly. We're killing these guys. They're not killing us.
Al-Zarqawi is a problem. But ... he's NOT in Fallujah, guranteed. He's in Syria, Iran or some haven in Baghdad. Zarqawi WANTS us to nuke Fallujah. Game over, he wins. The Americans killed innocents, now we become the enemy.
Fallujah is going to be solved by Iraqis. Not by the 2nd Marines. Not by a F-117 carpet bombing. We can deliver the death, but we cannot identify the targets. And the targets are the bad guys living among Fallujahans, not the greater population. At some point, it will be Iraqis delivering the death to the punks, and one of the real Pentagon superstars 101st Screaming Eagle Lt Gen David Petraeus is training the Iraqi soldiers to do so. It will be done.
The Bush Administration is second guessed on everything around this place. Why should a little thing like War be any different?
Then why is Al Sadr still drawing breath, fresh or otherwise?
I look back on what they did to those four contractors months ago. From the crowds gleefully participating in the desecration, I'd say there are few innocents left that would justify preserving the city. You want more humanity? Ok, let the women and children out. Nuke the rest.
What did he say ?
sw
Dony worry folks, there will be a big public outcry from the moslem community condeming this . YEA RIGHT
How do you know which women and children aren't part of the plot?
I hate to sound mean, but kill them all. Before they kill us. Period.
Me, too.
Amen! We can be "civil" all the way up until... they lob OUR heads off, or we can... DEFEND OURSELVES.
I'm sure that the other 2 hostages, (the American & the Brit) have already been slaughtered. The blood-thirsty ba#tards will never release them. By the way, these videos don't scare me...they anger me, big time, and I feel HATE & RAGE, which is bad for my health.
Al Sadr is a cultish cleric of Shi'a operating in An-Najaf, An Nasiriyha and slummy Baghdad. He ordered the release of 20 hostages today BTW.
Fallujah is a ultra conservative Sunni tribal city in Al-Anbar province west of Baghdad.
You missed it by "that much" Agent 86.
"What is this "handle" Fallujah stuff? We've handled Fallujah." (you sound a little testy pal)
"At some point, it will be Iraqis delivering the death to the punks, and one of the real Pentagon superstars 101st Screaming Eagle Lt Gen David Petraeus is training the Iraqi soldiers to do so. It will be done." I agree along with U.S. firepower when needed.

Lets see what transpires during a GWB round two. The kid gloves come off, at last.
I just watched that video, and I'm sure the President has seen it. Once you see something like that, you either fight fire with fire, or wait to be the next one to get their head sawn off slowly.
Most of us Americans take our Freedom for granted. But I bet you that we can out-terrorize and out-brutalize anybody on this planet if pushed too far.
We are most capable of being the very thing we are falsely accused of. The War on Terrorism will not be won unless we are willing to Be evil to exterminate evil. It will only cost one or two generations of volunteers, and that means more than soldiers. US vs Them. Period.
The DNC and its target base are the scum of America, and Kerry now plans to aid and comfort the terrorists in Iraq throughout the countdown to Election Day, exactly as he did with North Viet Nam.
The ingredients for Victory are another term for GWB, and sadly, another major strike on US soil.
I checked FoxNews for a nanosecond this afternoon and I saw a smoke plume over Fallujah. Apparently they took out a little "Construction Outfit". Be patient.
