I've received about 35 emails tonight from guys responding through one of our long-time buddy distribution lists regarding this photo.
None would pass the FR profanity standard. Many had violent solutions, road trip ideas etc. Really passionate, stupid stuff.
But ... you don't mess with Daddy's little girl. And everyone understood the situation the father was in, his constraints, and it pissed them off more.

Thank you for sending this to Drudge Report, and for all of the support. I was at the Edwards visit to the tri-state airport in Kenova, WV (near Huntington). I was not up front with my dad and siblings, but at the entrance to the airport, silently greeting airport traffic, as well as Sen. Edwards with a homemade Bush sign and U.S. and West Virginia flags.

what a trip. Your comment taken out of context, misunderstood, your frantic attempts to explain, all to naught, just like a bad dream where your're trying to run but can't get away. This is a microcosm of lynch-mob mentality. You are trying to explain, but the masses keep attacking out of misunderstanding. There's a lesson to be learned here, what it is, you know as well as I can figure. It is a fascinating study of mob psychology, and of how the psychology of global politics works? As Art Carney of "Laugh In" would have said..."very interesting....but stupid!"
