True. I also think that if they were speaking in one voice they would have come in at the designated time. It's now 5:30 -- 5.5 hours past due -- that tells me that there are too many chiefs changing direction requiring too much back-forth involvement with the C^BS lawyers. I smell disarray and panic.

If they were united and committed to their lie, they would have met their 12:00 appointment on time.
