One of the funniest things about these forgeries is that CBS had to stoop so low as to use Marcel Matley to authenticate them...
(from Vince Foster fame!!!) this from
http://www.saysuncle.com/archives/2004/09/10/rather_on_the_news/
Drudge is posting a link to a 1996 posting about the Vince Foster suicide note. Turns out Mr. Matley posed as an expert in stating the note was not a forgery for Unsolved Mysteries, while several other real handwriting experts said it was. Dont have opinion on Vince Foster, but find it ironic that a simple Librarian would be tapped to support democrat postion in two major issues of national attention. I do believe they are waiting for Rush to get off the air. Or they didn't get their fake proof completed in time.
It's too late. On ABC at least two experts whom they contacted told them these documents were fake. But CBS went ahead anyway. So how could they have been set up by Rove or anyone else? They knowingly went ahead with fake documents.

This thread reminds me of something I saw along the road a month ago. Road kill being devoured by numerous vultures. Road Kill or dead meat = CBS/Rather.

I have a serious question that I think deserves careful thought by all:
Before the advent of the internet and the rise of FReeperdom, how many other frauds have been perpetrated on the American people by the communists at CBS and their fellow travelers in the press corps?

Sorry, but there is no Viacom sell-off. Look at the volume and see that it is well below the average volume (granted the day is not over). Also look at the 5 day chart. Some investors might see this as an opportunity! Controversy = increased viewership = increased rates. Next week is season's premier week, is it not?

Surely Fox can get someone who speaks better that Susan. Her voice is horrible.
With all the errors in the memos pointed out to CBS maybe they're rushing to create an improved version.

One thing has come out of all this. Even the most HTML challenged among us has learned to superscript!
And I have 1earned more about, fonts and typefaces and the 1ike than I ever imagined.
I a1so 1earned the most amazing thing. Did you know that it is impossib1e for for a computer to render a 1ower case "L"?
In a11 my years with computers, I never new that. Not unti1 Dan to1d me.

The latest smear is that GW got preferential treatment to get into the TANG and avoid Vietnam. I have Rush on, though I'm not paying strict attention because I'm following this thread. A few minutes ago, he cited a new Rasmussen poll due to be released at 3:00 p.m. on the memos. Oddly only 56% of those following the story say their forgeries. I forget the other numbers except: Only 16% think Bush's NG service is important! That must mean that even most of the ABB people don't think it is.
