I have one question for all Muslims: Where is your Mohandas Gandhi? Where is the one Muslim individual to step forward and say "Killing is not the way. Our goal will be won through non-violence". I do not believe, after this weekend, we will ever see a Gandhi of the Muslim world.

Another thought: Bush is correct in his fear that these B*stards will use a nuke if they can get their dirty hands on one -- if they can shoot innocent children in the back, blowing up a city will be OK.

I'm not quite there yet. To me they are Islamic Supremacists, and I contract that to Islamists.

OTOH, I believe that if we do not engender hatred for this enemy we will never shoot enough of them in the belly to save our country. The left has actually tried to outlaw hatred! MAy as well try to outlaw love or fear. Can't be done.

We have to remember how to hate. When, in WWII, the Govt made those posters of Japs looking like little yellow monkeys with thick glasses and big buck teeth, it wasn't just for fun. Most people knew Japs didn't look like that. Many people knew they had a high culture and loved baseball. But it was necessary to depersonalize, to demonize, in order to make it easier for our boys to kill them. To rip them up the gut, to spill their blood.

Second [question], the laudable condemnations of Islamic terror made by the Islamic Center notwithstanding, why are there virtually no public demonstrations of Muslims against the unspeakable evils committed by its adherents?

Heck, I would be happy if so-called "moderate" muslims as a group came out with a simple STATEMENT, let alone a demonstration, decrying "stupid islamoscum death tricks" (a little Dave Letterman lingo there)!!

Silence connotes acquiescence, acquiescence connotes complicity, complicity = support.

THIRD question: Based on the above, is there any such thing as a "moderate" muslim who might in the slightest sense be considered "innocent" with regard to "stupid islamoscum death tricks"?

FOURTH question: When we (inevitably, because they are asking for it) start "playing" "cowboys and muslims" to eradicate the threat to civilization (much like smallpox was wiped out because it was a threat to mankind), are we going to have to go through the "human shields" of the politically correct. i.e. "liberal" folks who would protect the islamoscum right to blow up OUR children (like the islamoscum do everyone else's)?

Hey, I loath anarchy and the chaos it creates as much as anyone, but PLEASE give me an alternative in the current environment where political correctness replaces common sense!

I profile; if anyone has a problem with that, too dam*ned bad! If I see a male who appears to be of middle eastern decent, then I'm watching closely, and watching the black widow companion, too (unless they are true Turks - the only muslims in the world I trust, based on personal experience throughout the region!).

That's one big problem with Islam: there is no "chain of command."

Maybe that is part of it, but I dare say most religions worldwide do not have a central leader, and most also do not routinely spawn terrorists.
