Just announced on Fox News. About 300 pro-life demonstrators from the Catholic Steubenville University are protesting his appearance in the town, there, by showing up at his rally. Are there any local folks who can add anything more?

Thanks!
There are colleges that call themselves "Catholic colleges," and then there are a few that really live up to the name. Franciscan University of Steubenville is one of the latter, and very few people there have any patience with John Kerry's fraudulent baby-killing, perversion-promoting so-called "Catholicism".
Reading this makes me proud to be a friend of and donor to FUS.
Fox is deftly covering everything it can. From campaign to Frances back to campaign to Frances.....
Kerry looks like an embalmer's model in that photo with his fake spray-on tan.
That's Prof. Scott Hahn's son, in case there was any doubt. I love it when real Catholics put Satan's minion, the babykilling liar Kerry, in his place.
All politics IS local - thanks for serving your community, and thanks for posting this report. It made my day!
The Pro Life Gal, is calm, cool, and secure in herself, and the other girl has nothing but angst.
Mike, thanks for the ping.
No, it isn't just you. My husband was talking about that -- they've had a mandatory evacuation and these people are standing out in the evacuated areas with roofing metal flying all around them -- and the anchors sitting behind the desks are warning everyone to listen to the authorities and not take any chances.
Yes that's the same one slightly editted on NRO. It is so great to see the story take on a life of its own.
This is great news for America and it was great to be a part of it!
"Several dozen Bush supporters greeted Kerry in Steubenville with signs favoring a second Bush term and opposing the Catholic Kerry's support for abortion rights."
Looks like AP needs to be "corrected" again!
I think it's great, too! I hope I get to be part of something like that in the next couple of months. I want to be part of a "right in John Kerry's face" freep.

Hey, the Pro Life Girl is my sister! She and that Kerry supporter were going up and down for a while with those signs. Unfortunately the Kerry-woman didn't know that the Pro Life Girl is a seasoned Hilary-picketer from upstate New York who knows how to stay cool watch for cameras.
As a Franciscan University Alumni, I'm extremely proud of my alma mater for aggressively exposing Kerry as a cowardly hypocrite, afraid to integrate his supposedly "Catholic" faith with his compromising politics. I'm sure he did not see this protest in his sights as he made his way to Steubenville.
I'm the "pro-life gal" pictured (in real life I am much more beautiful, but for the sake of "the cause" I am ok with this photo being posted) and I want to note that I was there for more than just pro-life reasons. I protested Kerry on behalf of our national security, for the sake of our economy, to defend a higher standard in education, as the daughter of a small business owner/health care professional, because I want a leader with integrity, AS WELL AS to oppose the liberal social agenda of the democratic party that supports such atrocities as abortion.
Congratulations you did a great job at the rally. We saw President Bush over the weekend in NE Ohio, a few protesters were outside the rally point but gave up quickly. One of the people I work with said that the bus that was taking them to rally had to stop in traffic and the driver announced that there were hecklers on the side of the road, but he had a deaf ear if they wanted to open up the windows of the bus and speak their peace lol.
we were about 15 minutes behind them and they were gone by the time we got to that spot.
At least Mother Angelican gives them her thumbs up. It's the home of Scott Hahn though. Great university.
Glad you found us, and we found you!
