If you have a cup of water to dump in the latrine, it lends authenticity.

I find that "Cup of Soup" contents work best for this.

Adm. Boorda was hounded to the point of suicide by Hackworth, IIRC.

At the time, Kerry gave an interview in which he was extremely critical of anyone who would wear a decoration he had not earned.

Can anybody tell me why on the Roll Call some states "passed"

Probably many reasons, but one is to give a particular state the votes which takes the president over the top in vote count to get the nomination. That honor is given to states for political advantage, favors, etc.

A clerical error would not explain have a Sec of the Navy's signature.....and then he coming out and saying that he did not write that stuff.

If Kerry will just release all of his records...I'm sure it will clear it up...
(cough)

That's it. Thank you, Petronski. Senior moment here.

Kerry is such a poser.

You know, there were so many great speeches at the convention Monday night, which the majority of America did not hear, that I'd love it if a montage of the speeches was shown before the President takes the stage.

I just absolutely refuse to watch CNN, and only rarely catch anyone of MSNBC, or FOX for that matter (except for Brit). Talk radio i more my style.

I rely on Freepers for the talk shows. I'll catch one if I see on FR that it's worth watching, or replay a video from a site.

Transcripts are better for my blood pressure.

Otherwise, I sound like Zell, yelling at the TV.

This was not the Navy's choice, they are responding to a request/complaint from Judicial Watch.

JW actually did accomplish something, if even only to provide occasional headline 'bumps' to the issues about Kerry's lies.

Fox roundtable going to talk Swift Vets. Play a part of Kerry's Senate testimony from the commercial, then Bush 41's remarks that this, for Kerry, is devastating.

Brit says this marks a shift from the Bush campaign.

Mara says safer ground for the Bush campaign (safer than comparing Kerry in Vietnam vs. Bush in Texas Guard) and she points out it is Kerry's own words on tape for all to see and hear for themselves.

Brit asks about the effect of Bush 41 personally commenting and describing it as devastating.

Skydiving without goggles?

Wonder if he'll actually propose a plan to deal with illegal immigration and free trade to shut down both so I can vote for him.

Ditto!

Do you listen to Laura Ingraham? I just discovered a radio station here that carries her and now have headphones so I can listen at the gym.

Evidently, Imus is now neutral. No longer endorsing Kerry.

I guess Zell was on fire again this morning with Imus.

Had some great one-liners!

It will only be devastating if other channels besides FNC shows it :-)
