A clerical error would not explain have a Sec of the Navy's signature.....and then he coming out and saying that he did not write that stuff.
If Kerry will just release all of his records...I'm sure it will clear it up...

I think he's toast if the Navy really look into his medals, but I'm afraid they won't get around to it in time.
