Here comes Hillary!

Kerry is being revealed as unelectable. Even the liberal press covers the swift boat issue, instead of significant developments in Iraq, Iran, etc. The press is preparing Kerry for early exit, and will indirectly promote Hillary as the only remaining electable dem candidate - they know it is absolutely imperative for her to get through the "campaign" WITHOUT debate, questions, etc. She knows there will not be enough time for her to answer to the public or engage in debates if she achieves the nomination in late September. She needs to be elected in an unconventional manner, or she will be defeated. This, along with the potential for terror in September/October, places her on the ticket with no risk of being required to actually explain herself, her issues, or her dripping evil. She'll slip right in, pantsuit and all, and immediately commence great harm upon this nation. I did not believe she could be willing to wait until 2008 or 2012 - her looks have already crumbled to sub-ogre level and four more years of physical and moral degradation will not enahnce her position.

Maybe there ought to be a few hillary stories circulating just in case she does pull this off.

I know many in health care who will definitely vote for Kerry, but in no way will they ever vote for Hillary. She is hated with a passion as the person who single-handedly wrecked health care in the US. She not only made it much more expensive, but she set back progress in improvements in clinical care by 20 years.

Disappointing that you would engage in this practice of communication in response to your fears, huh? Stay cool, brother.

Hillary is unelectable? I made that same mistake too when she was running for Senate. Then I found out she doesn`t go by the election process. She goes by the "votes for favors" process. Usually the "get out of my way if you want to live" type of favor. I mean put it this way; She had her husband pardon the FALN who bombed NYC and Chicago 130 times (hey, it was only 130 times) in exchange for votes of just a few people. She didn`t give one iota of a damn if they killed the people of New York, and that`s just for starters. That was her just getting warmed up.

What could possibly be stated that hasn't already been said - there's enough truth out there to have her arrested, tried for treason, and put away - Bill Benton said it - Death of Outrage....she is impervious to "stories"....

Well if you really want to look at dirty politics the 19th century is a good place to start.
Regardless of the situation unless something happens to Kerry he is the candidate.
Even if something did happen to him the DNC Committee would pick the next candidate and I am sure it would be offered to Edwards first.
I doubt that Hillary or any other person would want to step into the mess that would create. The chaos would surely doom any candidate, including Hillary.

Exactly - dems are set up to rip off the country this time, and use 2000 as a platform to say, it is jsut as fair for us as it was for you then.....this is, in my opinion, going to be the last conventional election we will know....

Nope. Hillary would never get above 45%. As long as there is not a Perot-like candidate to siphon off Bush Voters, it would be a landslide.

The more you state there are risks to remaining out of power, the more I believe they will employ any means to secure it and retain it beyond constitutional standards. I cannot believe there are those among us that would put ANYTHING past this demonic couple - any response that relies on convention, fairness, logic or rule of order are immediately concerning.

I see Hillary getting into the VP slot in 2008, then something 'happening' to the President, and her taking command. The world's carpet munchers would party!

Once again, you presume the election itself is an accurate measure of voting preference. I don't think Clintons could have done more to disgrace this country, and yet they are celebrated as heros - nothing makes sense, so don't count them out!

I think if it was to happen, it would have happened at the dem convention.

It was "supposed" to happen then, and of course it didn't --I figured, "Finally, now these loons will shut up about a Hillary takeover." No such luck.

Edwards wouldn't get the chance to be number one on the ticket. The party bigshots would grab Hill in a minute. They're already talking about Kerry as a walking dead man. If he resigned...oh no, like Howie noneck Dean...peaked too soon...Hill would be tapped. She'd do it, too. No embarrassing primaries where she wouldn't 'shine'. All she'd have to worry about would be the debates and election night. They'll do their best to steal or manufacture votes, and I heard that half the votes aren't going to be paper this time around. So fraud should be fairly easy, despite what they're claiming, especially since they're saying counting everything, including overseas ballots, might take days. Plenty of time to manufacture votes where they need them.

Why would Kerry need to get off the ticket? First, the media ignored the Swift Boat vets; now, they're marginalizing and smearing them. The media will prop Kerry up through Election Day like the guys in Weekend at Bernie's did with their dead boss.

If you actually read the reason why it could NOT happen at the convention and must happen long after, it would seem that your placement of the word "loon" within your comment would be most appropriately self-applied.

IMHO, if you want to talk about hate and motivating your base of voters, then put Hillary on the ticket.

You are absolutely correct. I would drag myself across a parking lot of broken glass to get to the polls to vote against Hillary. And I can think of many who are like minded, including registered conservative dems.

Everyone who voted for Clinton twice would vote for Hillary. Plus countless women and blacks. The press would annoint her queen in a minute, the moment she declared her candidacy. Plus, they'll steal every vote they possibly can. They stole the election in 1960 and thought they'd get away with the same tactic four years ago. The hatred for Bush is that he refused to let them get away with it.
