I just heard Joe Scarborough say that he felt Kerry is a war hero. Scarborough said if Kerry feels that he misspoke as a young man he should say so, but if he stands by his anti-war/war crimes statements, he should keep quiet. Did anyone else hear this and interpret it this way? I was surprised. I thought we could count on Joe to acknowledge the truth.
He let the MSNBC guy O'Donnell get away with saying Fatso's 9-11 film had 7 or 8 inconsistencies... we Freepers know there are 57! The talking point of the authors of the Swiftboat book not interviewing the guys on Kerry's boat has been adressed by O'Neill, they refused under advisement not to talk to him. As a trained and successful interrogator (interviewer for the PC, which I'm not) I can tell Joe needs to listen to these guys word for word and the most important factor is to know your stuff before conducting the "interview".
Scarborough's thickheaded and a dullard. Can't see the truth when it hits him square in the face. I watched his program one time over a year ago and couldn't sit through the entire thing.
A big welcome to FReeperhood. We're glad you've joined us.
Thank you so much for your prayers for my family. It truly means a lot; it's been difficult.
I expected better from Joe too. I was actually shocked, but after reading everyone's comments, I shouldn't have been.
Records Counter A Critic Of Kerry
It will be big news. My take: despite the girthe of the article all three skippers said there was no fire. But one got a Bronze Star based on a report ther was fire. Toward the end you can see he the "report" would actually counter three of them.
AND...
Notice how they bury the comment about Kerry coming from afar. This comports with Gardner's story.
AND
They repeat the supposed Boston Globe contradiction story.
Thank you! The kids need all the divine intervention they can get. Your thoughts are much appreciated. I probably shouldn't have put that in there, but you know how we mouths of the south are. We wear our hearts on our sleeves.
"But I agree, Joe was too easy on these guys tonight."
This show was "fair and balanced" compared to Chris Matthews and his Hardball trist with John O'Neill and Jim Hurley.
O'Reilly without the Factorcrap.
Well, if you watched it, then you heard O'Donnell talking about keeping the book, "Unfit to Command" out of the mainstream media, out of our local TV news, and away from the average citizen, who doesn't have time to get the Talking heads News Shows. So, how do we combat this -- we GOT to get this out in the mainstream public!
Just another quick point I observed, when this O'donnell guy spews about the mainstream media not picking up on the story, or already deeming it "un-newsworthy", Joe should have asked if he could construe it as hiding the story hoping it may go away, or burying it because of their bias toward the lib candidate in the election, not wanting to harm Kucking Ferry.
Call me crazy, but do war heroes take center stage across the world and unsurp the morale and credibility of their fellow Vets and country while at the same time embolden the enemy? Let`s not even get into who won what medals, that to me is enough to get someone tried for treason never mind lead this country. Let`s not forget, those Vets from Aru-Gharib are probably going to do jail time for doing something to our military that in my opinion was just as equal as to what Kerry did, if not less.
No problem to cry out in pain once in awhile.
Good luck. Be strong.
And be stern with your kids.
O'Donnell is a real prick whenever the subject of Vietnam comes up, on any show at any time. He's got something in his closet about Vietnam and I'm not sure what it is but it can't be good.
It's been noticed. IT'S BEING IGNORED.
This is an inadvertent admission by O'Donnell that the LSM is purposely blocking this information from the American public.
I was listening to Michael Savage on the way home from a Republican meeting and he was on fire about the Swift Boat guys and how Kerry should be court martialed. His description of the three purple hearts was priceless. Joe should listen to him!
you slipped that in on me... welcome to FR
I must be honest. I haven't read "Unfit for Command" yet. I simply believe it because all 'rats are liars. If they are not, then they will have to refute what the Swift-vets are saying.
They will simply attempt personally destroy the messenger. There will be no refutation of "Unfit for Command". That is enough evidence for me.
Benefit of any doubt goes to the swiftvets.
Kerry is a liar until he proves otherwise, and I daresay, he cannot.
Blessings, Bobo
Can't help ya .. I gave up on Joe a while back .. he's comments are a but much for me to take
Oh and BTW .. Kerry is on record saying he is proud of what he did back in the 70's
And Kerry ain't no hero
Joe has given more airtime to the swiftvet's ad story than any other cable network. I'll give him credit for that. He's being fair but supports the swiftvets as much as Hannity. O'Reilly is the real turncoat.
