George and Laura Bush to be on with Larry King for the full hour tonight. I don't usually watch LKL because of his lame questions. But it should be interesting.

Hi. Larry's being a DNC mouthpiece, but GWB and Laura are deflecting nicely.

Larry brings up polls.
Tries to see if GWB just concede now there is no hope of winning.
No! GWB says he believes he's going to win.

McCain's been flakey at times but he's been their for W when needed. Offer him anything but the VP slot if Cheney chooses at some point to step down.

President: This discussion about a coalition is very interesting. Sometimes I think people think there isn't a coalition unless the French are involved. They are involved in Afghanistan.

You are probably right.
Well, He and (Laura) are doing very well anyways.
Loved the comment about the French :-)
To: TNCMAXQ
McCain for intelligence czar?? Terrible idea.Good grief yes! I haven't heard, read or dreamed any such thing about McCain. Must be a CNN wet dream.

Agreed. The lib-dem filth will question/probe/spin everything. Liberal-demokkkRATs are ridiculous/traitorous/seditionist garbage.

King is a lib dem.
He probably did not wear the jacket on purpose.
He is an idiot and belongs in a home.

Notice how fast and furiously Larry Skank is firing the questions. A deliberate tactic..

I repeat, I've never watched LKing much. I'll do you one better. I haven't watched him for years. He's a putz, on so many levels.
That said, I am watching now, because I would watch just about anyone to see our great President and his classy wife.

I do have to give CNN credit. Their make-up people are surely better than Russert's when Russert does 'out of studio' interviews. Russert had himself and GWB and Kerry pancaked orange when they did live interviews.

I have loved the President since the 2000 campaign but I don't think he's ever sounded better or more confident than he does now. I noticed this first on the C-Span replay of a town hall meeting earlier this week and it continues tonight.
