ADDENDUM

Data from the Sverdlovsk outbreak indicate a modal incubation time of approximately 10 days for inhalational anthrax. However, the onset of symptoms occurred up to six weeks after the reported date of exposure. Such long incubation times presumably reflect the ability of viable anthrax spores to remain in the lungs for many days. Longer incubation periods may be associated with smaller inocula.

DEAR PRECIOUS EXSOLDIER and other precious saints and FREEPERS,

I would prefer not to post the following at all. I would prefer to post it only to ExSoldier and a few others privately--or at least on one of a couple of other threads--for a variety of reasons. I'm not even sure precisely what percentage of it I bear witness with--though it is far more than 50% and far more than I'm at all happy to bear witness with. It's not a set of points, facts, perspectives I'd at all like to see--much less see as having great validity. But my spirit says that it fits.

HOWEVER, I'm pressed in my spirit that it is smack in the middle of the THREAT MATRIX. And, further, that I must post it as I am. And, that I dare not be disobedient. So, here it is. Please prayerfully discern and pray accordingly for our precious Republic.

War Prophecies

2001 09 13.1

After getting over the initial shock on Tuesday I had begun to question the Lord about the terrorist attack on the USA. To my knowledge no prophet, including me, had prophesied about this specific event. I wanted to know how this fits into the prophetic picture.

Early on the morning of September 13, about 2:00 a.m., God woke me out of my sleep and began to reveal to me a link between an event and prophecy that occurred years ago. During this revelation in my spirit I had this feeling of dread on me. I believe this was the dread referred to in the prophecy. The revelation in my spirit went on for over an hour as God continually emphasized the facts over and over.

I had forgotten about this particular prophecy until the Lord reminded me of it that night. Below is the prophecy that God referred too.

1999 01 09.1

The great dread against the United States came in December of 1998 when they invaded Iraqi airspace to bomb Iraqi targets. That dread upon the United States shall not leave until the United States has suffered a severe blow-- more than once, says the Lord.

The Lord revealed to me in this time that if the USA had not attacked Iraq in December of 1998 this event would not have taken place. It was mainly that attack that the terrorist's used to justify their actions. The Lord made it clear to me that He was not saying that Iraq was behind this; nor was the Lord saying that they were not. He was not revealing to me who was behind it, but that the attack by the US spurred on the terrorists to take the action that they did.

The Lord showed me that the US attack on that day (in Dec. 1998) set in motion a series of events of which this is the first major occurrence. Many other occurrences will occur, and all of this will lead to extreme trouble for the United States of America.

2001 11 04.3

In Dec. of '98 when I gave you that prophecy concerning the fact that the United States entered Iraq without My blessing, I stated there will be repercussions that would eventually lead to a great war. [Several prophecies in Dec. '98 and two later that refer to Dec. '98 give what the Lord noted to above: 1998 12 17.1; 1998 12 23.1; 1998 12 23.3; 1998 12 24.1; 1999 01 08.1; 1999 01 09.1; these prophecies are available on my web page] They have now, again, followed those repercussions to the place where they cannot escape save I intervene to allow them to escape. This would only happen upon their repentance. The nation has not repented and so it shall go forth.

They shall fight in Afghanistan. And they shall have a difficult time. And every time that they think they have made progress they will find a huge price for that progress. Terrorism will not stop. I will allow it to continue, says the Lord. Every step they make will cost them dearly. And if they do not step, it will cost them dearly anyway. For terrorism will still move forward.

They have stepped into a sin in which repentance is the only way out, and things will get steadily worse. My hand will see that it happens. Save that they repent, they are in serious trouble and heading for worse. So says the Lord.

2001 11 04.4

There will be many more attacks on the United States, some from above, some from the ground; but they shall continue, says the Lord.

2001 12 06.1

This word of the Lord comes as a result of the nation of America and its attempts to get back with Me. For they have used My Name, says the Lord, but their heart is not toward Me. They have gone to church, but they love their money. They have sought everything but truth.

The nation of America wallows in sin. The nation of America seeks its own way. The nation of America continues its evil: for it murders the unborn child, it loves money, it loves its power, and it gives the credit for all its power to themselves.

Where did I come from, saith the Lord? Did not I raise the nation? Did not I raise it up? For they have loved their love and their love was the love of the earth, the love of satan, the love of evil. They have sought the sins of the earth and I will judge them. This is not a time to sit back and say the terrorists have gone. This is the time to stand up for the terrorists are here, standing at the door!!

Stand and beware America shall be judged. Had they repented, truly I would turn and deliver them. But less than one in a thousand of those who use the name christian are truly serving Me, saith the Lord, less than one in a thousand.

So many play religious games. So many call themselves Christian. So many seek to play a game. But I look on the heart, saith the Lord. I look to see whom they are dedicated too: to the god of this earth which is satan, or to the God of heaven which is Me. Listen, saith the Lord, I will bring America to its knees. It will take several years, but it will happen; save they repent and turn I will bring it to its knees.

America has sought evil. America has sought evil over and over and over. They produce more sin than any other nation. They have not only murdered the unborn child, they have taken My Name out of schools, they don't give Me the credit for raising them up, they are slowly turning away from My nation Israel, and they are producing pornography at an incredible rate--and they call themselves a Christian nation. THERE IS NOTHING CHRISTIAN ABOUT IT!! They are evil through and through! And I will deal with them as I have always dealt with nations of evil! So says the Lord!

2002 08 18.1

As I was praying the Lord showed me the following in my spirit. I could see President Bush from his left side sitting at a desk or table. He was saying, "We must get Saddam Hussein, we must get Saddam Hussein." (He said it twice).

As I watched he signed some type of paper. But he signed it with his left hand from the right to the left--just as the Arabic language is written. He signed this twice. I could not tell if he was signing two papers one above the other, or twice on the same page.

Then the Lord gave me this word. Thus says the Lord, these two statements by Bush, plus the two signatures, indicate each two agreements with Arabic nations. These two agreements are compromises by Bush in order to get permission to go into Iraq.

When he signs them, says the Lord, this will create ruffled feathers both in America and in Arabic areas as they find out what is agreed too; which will not be done until some time later.

2002 08 24.1

The first agreement [see 2002 08 18.1] the American President will make with the Arabic nations is to strongly support a Palestine state in the West Bank.

The second agreement will be their right to the capital of Jerusalem. The U.S. President will then backtrack on these two agreements creating trouble on both sides--first to the right wing American politics, and then to the Arabic states.

2002 10 23.1

While I was in prayer I could see in my spirit President Bush as I had seen him earlier [see 2002 08 18.1]. I watched him signed again. But this time it continued and I saw him lean back in his chair and say, "I will do anything to get into Iraq." Then the Lord gave me this word: For thus saith the Lord. What you have seen is right. He has said it, and he has meant it.

2002 11 1.1

For thus says the Lord. America is due judgment. My hook is in Bush's nose to pull him into war with Iraq. And when he goes to war, America will be judged in a great way. For thus says the Lord. America, America why have you forsaken Me?

2003 01 19.1

Thus saith the Lord, I am that I am. The I Am has stated that judgments shall come. But when I delay such wrath do not think it shall not occur.

I have mercy and I delay My wrath on the U.S. in order that they might repent, but they have not. After 9/11 much prayer was made, but not to repentance, but rather to protection. Have they not understood that with repentance goes My protection? I have given them much time to turn from their sins, but they have not. Instead they now go on toward their destruction.

In my spirit I could see Saddam Hussein. As I looked at him I could see his heart come up before me. In it I could see an image of Hussein saying, "I am god." He said it several times.

As America's invasion of Iraq in the '98 bombing brought about September 11 [see prophecies 2001 09 13.1 and 2002 11 1.1], so too will this invasion into Iraqi soil bring terrorism on American soil. I have purposed in My heart that America shall be judged--and so it shall.

Thus says the Lord. Those wicked men and women who will create a statehood for Palestinians will be judged along with those nations who support it.

There is a movement in the spiritual realm to bring strong discrimination against the Jews in America. This movement of satan will be strong, not only in the world but also in the church.

Those who have stood on the spiritual line, trying to be a "Christian" when their heart is far from it, will be revealed. Go look in the churches in the months to come and see if those who call themselves Christian can stand up and defend My people, the Jews. If they can stand up and defend them, then they are indeed of Me; but if not, then they are false and are of the world.

I am observing so many of you, My precious people, who are living with great fear in your minds and hearts. Every day as you hear and read predictions for the future from your news media you become ever more fearful as you consider the possibility of what is to come upon the world. O, My people, you are not being mindful of My words from Scripture. As I spoke to Job in days of old, so I speak to you, My beloved, today....

Behold, happy is the man whom God corrects; Therefore do not despise the chastening of the Almighty. For He bruises but He binds up; He wounds but His hands make whole. He shall deliver you in six troubles, yes, in seven no evil shall touch you. In famine He shall redeem you from death, and in war from the power of the sword. You shall be hidden from the scourge of the tongue, and you shall not be afraid of destruction when it comes. You shall laugh at destruction and famine and you shall not be afraid of the beasts of the earth. (Job 5: 17-22)

My beloved people, study this portion of Scripture in relation to what has caused fear to come upon you. Does this Scripture not cover most of the destruction that is coming upon the World?

O, My people, does this not cover every possibility of what could come upon you? I have been raising you up and preparing you to meet the troubled times ahead. I have been pouring My strength upon you, giving you knowledge that you will need for your ministries, teaching you how to enter into Spiritual warfare against the enemy and preparing you to bring people to salvation in Me and to pray for the sick and see them healed. I am enduing each of you, My people, with the Gift of healing.

O, yes, My people, even as foretold in Scripture very troubled times shall continue throughout your world but in the midst of these times I shall be bringing My plan and purpose for the world into being. Again, I would admonish you....

Fear not for I have redeemed you, I have called you by your name, you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you, for I am the Lord your God. (Isa. 43: 1b-3a)

Go forth, My children, in the power of the Holy Spirit and touch lives for Me, with all fear gone from you.

Many threads ago you posted a list of "survival items" for your commuter backpack. I have been searching back on the threads but can't find the list. I'm trying to supply a backpack for my husband.

Sure. Having had the experience of being stuck in the city on 9/11 and in the August blackout these are just a few of my personal tips. I don't always adhere to all of them but during the heightened alerts and especially during the convention week I would definitely keep them in mind.

Even if it means walking a few blocks out of your way, I would suggest staying away from especially crowded corners where pedestrian gridlock occurs, e.g. 34th Street, Times Square, Rockefeller Center. I would wear sneakers in case you have to run. Make sure you have cash in case ATM goes down due to power failure. Carry a small flashlight, bottle of water, snack, portable radio and alternate transportation schedules (train, ferry, bus). Even if you're just stepping out of your building for a lunch break, carry your bag, phone and belongings just in case something happens while you're out. My experience during last summer's blackout: they wouldn't let you back
upstairs for anything. Hope that helps.

Al-Qaida said to recruit in Latin America

MONTERREY, Mexico (AP) — Governments throughout Mexico and Central America are on alert as evidence grows that al-Qaida members are traveling in the region and looking for recruits to carry out attacks in Latin America — the potential last frontier for international terrorism.

The territory could be a perfect staging ground for Osama bin Laden's militants, with homegrown rebel groups, drug and people smugglers, and corrupt governments. U.S. officials have long feared al-Qaida could launch an attack from south of the border, and they have been paying closer attention as the number of terror-related incidents has increased since last year.

The strongest possible al-Qaida link is Adnan G. El Shukrijumah, a 29-year-old Saudi pilot suspected of being a terrorist cell leader. The FBI issued a border-wide alert earlier this month for Shukrijumah, saying he may try to cross into Arizona or Texas.

In June, Honduran officials said Shukrijumah was spotted earlier this year at an Internet cafe in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras. Panamanian officials say the pilot and alleged bombmaker passed through their country before the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States.

U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft in May singled out Shukrijumah as one of seven especially dangerous al-Qaida-linked terror figures wanted by the government, which fears a new al-Qaida attack. A $5 million reward is posted for information leading to his capture.

Mexican and U.S. border officials have been on extra alert, checking foreign passports and arresting any illegal migrants. In a sign of a growing Mexican crackdown, eight people from Armenia, Iran and Iraq were arrested Thursday in Mexicali on charges they may have entered Mexico with false documents, although they did not appear to have any terrorist ties.

Jose Luis Santiago Vasconcelos, Mexico's top anti-crime prosecutor, said Mexican officials have no evidence that Shukrijumah — or any other al-Qaida operatives — are in Mexico. But Mexican authorities are investigating and keeping a close eye on the airports and borders.

"The alert has been sounded," Vasconcelos told The Associated Press last month.

In Central America, Honduran Security Minister Oscar Alvarez said officials have uncovered evidence that terrorists, likely from al-Qaida, may be trying to recruit Hondurans to carry out attacks in Central America. He did not offer details.

El Salvador authorities last week reinforced security at the country's international airport and along the borders after purported al-Qaida threats appeared on the Internet against their country for supporting the U.S.-led coalition in Iraq. President Tony Saca, undeterred, is sending the country's third peacekeeping unit — 380 troops — to Iraq.

Terrorists have struck in Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States. Latin America could be next, analysts say, especially as it becomes harder to operate elsewhere.

"If there is a crackdown, they are going to pick up shop and move," said Matt Levitt, a terrorism analyst and senior fellow at the Washington Institute.

Officials worry the Panama Canal could be a likely target. In 2003, boats making more than 13,000 trips through the waterway carried about 188 million tons of cargo.

Earlier this month, the United States and seven Latin American countries — including Argentina, Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Peru and Panama — carried out a weeklong anti-terror exercise aimed at protecting the canal.

In South America, U.S. officials have long suspected Paraguay's border with Brazil and Argentina as an area for Islamic terrorist fund-raising. Much of the focus has fallen on the Muslim community that sprouted during the 1970s, and authorities believe as much as $100 million a year flows out of the region, with large portions diverted to Islamic militants linked to Hezbollah and the Palestinian militant group Hamas.

The more immediate concern is Mexico, which shares a porous, 2,000-mile border with the United States and is the home to widespread organized crime.

In December, Mexican officials canceled two Aeromexico flights from Mexico City to Los Angeles, and a third was forced to turn around after takeoff because of terrorism concerns.

At the time, the United States, Canada and Interpol told Mexico that officials suspected terrorists might be using Mexican soil to plan an attack, Vasconcelos said.

Concerns increased this summer about whether Mexico was doing enough to screen international visitors after a 48-year-old South African woman arrived in Mexico with a passport that was missing several pages and then waded across the Rio Grande into Texas.

Farida Goolam Mahamed Ahmed was arrested July 19 while trying to board a flight in McAllen, Texas. She pleaded innocent Friday to immigration violations and was under investigation for links to terrorist activities or groups. Court testimony indicated she traveled from Johannesburg on July 8, via Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to London, then to Mexico City on or about July 14. The countries she traveled through do not require South Africans to have visas.

Mexican officials said Ahmed was not stopped upon entering Mexico because her name did not appear on any international terrorist watch-lists.

Mexican officials say they are closely scrutinizing visa requests from the Middle East and have heightened surveillance at the nation's largest airports since Sept. 11.

"The requirements for a visa for people from the Middle East have not changed, but all requests are being checked more thoroughly," said Mauricio Juarez, a spokesman with Mexico's Migration Institute.

The country is a popular U.S. entry point for people trying to sneak into the United States, and the majority — 46 percent — of all people arrested on immigration violations in Mexico come from Brazil. The rest are largely from the Americas, China or Singapore.

It has become nearly impossible for people from Muslim countries to get visas to come to Mexico since the Sept. 11 attacks.

Fayesa Amin, a 37-year-old Pakistani, started the process to get a Mexican visa two months before she was to attend a wedding in Mexico. The Mexican consulate in Karachi asked her to fill out several forms and to turn in copies of her credit card and bank statements for a full year.

Amin, who runs three beauty salons in Pakistan, said Mexican authorities told her a visa had been approved and it could be picked up in London. But Mexican officials there said her visa was being held in Ankara, Turkey. In the end, she ended up spending her holiday stranded in London.

"I knew it would be hard to get to that part of the world and that everything had become more difficult," Amin said in a telephone interview from Islamabad. "But I didn't realize how hard it could be."

I think others had lists as well - Check the beginning of Thread 16. I think JP pasted them there for reference after the high alert for NYC and DC came out a couple of weeks ago.

As I noted, I'd much rather ran the other direction as fast as I could rather than post it.

It just feels strongly in my spirit that there's something that all of us--and particularly diligent TMMMER'S need to take to prayer. At least it gives a somewhat different context than I've been operating with. And there may just be something critical in that different context that we need to take into consideration for our own personal and family preparations--as well as our anticipating terror nationally.

The central reason advanced for the setting-up of a Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) office is the ongoing search for a top Al Qaeda terrorist suspect, Adnan El Shukrijumah, who lived in Trinidad after the search began for him last year.

The US Embassy in Port of Spain has confirmed that an FBI Special Agent is already in this country setting up the operations to service Trinidad and Tobago as well as Suriname and Guyana where El Shukrijumah is also believed to have found refuge.

The disclosed information is that the FBI Office here will focus on exchanging information on criminal terrorist activities between the United States, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname and Guyana with the Bureau also being involved in training local law enforcement officers to better fight crime and terrorism.

The Trinidad office will be the FBI's 53rd office, or legat, in a foreign country since the FBI believes "it is essential to station highly skilled agents in other countries to help prevent terrorism and crime from reaching across borders and harming Americans in their homes and in workplaces."

It stands to reason, however, that the FBI would not set about setting up a branch office, as it were, in a foreign country in the absence of evidence that there was some thing or some person in that country that presented a threat of some kind.

It is in this context that the question must be asked-where and with whom did El Shukrijumah stay while he was in Trinidad if, indeed, he is not still here? Clearly, the man must have collaborators with the certain likelihood being that they were of the same terrorist stripe.

There are Trinbagonians who shudder at the very idea of there being people with terrorist links in our population to the point where some of them have gone publicly on record to protest what they perceive to be an alarmist tendency on the part of this newspaper to keep warning that such people are not only here but constitute a clear danger.

We, for our part, remain puzzled by that naivete, given our own terrifying experience with fundamentalist thought and action 14 years ago and wonder, sometimes, whether the reaction is not part of a counter-propaganda being organised by suspect organisations in an attempt to "play dead" as a means of catching the "corbeaux" population alive.

Since this would only be possible through the compliance of ostensibly "clean" figures we prefer, instead, to lean on the explanation that what continues to be at work here is the Trinidadian laissez-faire that insists on holding that nothing really bad can happen either here or from here, whatever the historical evidence that points to the exact opposite. The truth is we have to be watchful, alert and be prepared to save ourselves, whatever the assistance we get from outside, by our own courageous endeavours.
