Hugh Hewitt just finished playing an entire story from Fox News wherein Carl Cameron confronted the Kerry campaign regarding his Cambodia claims.
Intially, they denied that Kerry had ever said he was in Cambodia. So Carl presented them with the Senate Record and the Boston Globe article where he most unambiguously did so. They said they would have to get back to him on this one, but sticks to their story that he was near Cambodia, but not actually in Cambodia.
THIS STORY HAS LEGS!
(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
Then click on FNC Special Report tab and see:
"Carl Cameron reports: New questions about Kerrys whereabouts during a controversial period during Vietnam conflict arise, well have a full report."
Yeah, don't have puppies over it...
Sort of like ribbons and medals--they can be used interchangably as well.
Did you sense Mara might have been trying to give the Kerry Campaign an excuse they could try? ("I thought I was in Cambodia before I thought I wasn't...")
Notice FOX is changing their tune on this. They must have checked this out and think it is big. This has legs.
Yeah, in river in Vietnam, NOT Cambodia! LOL!!
If this is all there is, it won't kill the Kerry campaign.
"Near" is stated with full awareness that he lied in the past. "Near" is the term that his writers hope will have "plausible deniability" and make his previous lie merely seem a slip of the tongue. The press will grab onto it.
Plus many, especially the young, don't know the political ramifications of having gone into Cambodia at the time.
Whew! I'm pooped and really bored. LOL
Read somewhere that the BEASTofNY is raising LOTS OF COLD CASHOLA for her own campaign which is two years away from now. And, get this, she does NOT want to be seen with LURCH, she is dissing him BIG TIME....HMMMMMMMM something stinks in NY and it has the staunch of a FATPINKPIG!
I think you win! LOL
Quintessentially has two many syllables.. Stick with 2 syllable words.
He was the doctor's corpman, i.e. the guy who would do the paperwork. I believe that his name was something like Correa.
Well Senator Kerry, since this memory is seared into you, could you please take this tack, and place it on this map to identify your location on December 25, 1968?
Oh! That is goooooood!!!
CCCCCKCCQCCCCCC!!!
he's told so many versions of his story that I don't think he even knows the truth. SKerry seems as able to lie to himself as to the public.
No offense but, are you always such a wet blanket?
I'm still reading the thread, but does anyone have Fox's email handy so I can add to the emails pointing out to them that Nixon was not President at Christmas 1968?
How many Iron Crosses did Hitler get in WWI? Still doesn't mean I'd vote for him!
yep :)
It's like 'courts martial' or 'attorneys general.'
