While certainly not limited to the 20-30 something crowd, viewers of South Park tend to be the latchkey offspring of the infamous Baby Boomers. These children of MTV and video games have extremely limited attention spans and as a result are always moving from one experience to the next in hopes of finding fulfillment. Unfortunately, all they are finding in South Park is a wasteland.

A while back, I always dismissed SP as crude drivel. Then I actually sat down and watched the movie, and I GOT IT!!! It is not designed for kids, and there is no way I would let my kid watch it. It's made for those of us who love to see the absurd in life skewered. Sometimes, it's like they take what's in the deepest recesses of my mind and splash it on the screen.
Come on OC, you've been complaining about SP for a while now. Please move on, it's not like they're running it on Saturday morning for the kids. Hell, let's go ahead and get rid of everything that off color on cable while we're at it...

The only tv show I have ever seen providing a constitutionally accurate support of the Boy Scouts and gays issue was an episode of South Park.

It war a not-so-subtle skewer of Lumpy Riefenstahl & the anti-war protestors. :-)
