The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

I have no idea what the 'two bows' refers to, I think we are all waiting for a translation of the text.
'Two bows' is apparently an arabic measurement of distance, relating to the End Times mythology...as is also, from what I have read, the double rainbow that is to appear at the same time...when the Mahdi returns and the entire world belongs to allah, blah blah blah...
No, the two bows has nothing to do with the nuclear explosion pic, as I understand it. It relates to the 'bridge' and aircraft drawing.

Right. I goofed in how I explained it. Trying to get to all the messages and I am having a difficult time keeping my eyes open and my brain awake.

The way I see it, the Europe truce included Italy. Then Italy was given a special dispensation, whether by a legitimate al qaeda off-shoot group or not. No other European nation has received this favor at this time. We don't know for certain. But it must be considered legit because even though some key Italian officials are downplaying the threats, Italy is securing itself. We need to watch what everyone does more closely than listen to what they say.

Same thing here in the U.S.
