A woman called up Howie Carr saying she worked on those damned balloons all week, and was depressed that they didn't come down right. Pride in her work, even though she had nothing to do with the incompetent execution.Someone sepculated that they might have been filled with helium! Did she say anything about what they were filled with?

I kid you not, CNN's question of the night is:
Do you think this terror threat is real or a political ploy?
How's that for encouraging the loonies?

Good gravy.
Drudge joked that they'd say something so crude later this week! Guess they're more desperate than we thought.

Drudge is forgetting what Ridge said today, that this specific threat is coming from multiple sources.
Sometimes Drudge does like to over-dramatize. He keeps saying, "computer geek", "computer geek", not once mentioning how Ridge described multiple sources verifying each other.

If by NRST you mean National Retail Sales Tax, I'm all for it as long as it replaces the income, capital gains and death tax. Tax consumption, not earnings, savings, investment and inheritance.

Most geeks love to talk once they get caught. They love to prove how smart they are with computing.I'd agree. A fear factor might be involved, too. Good, honest jobs seem to fall turned hackers as well.
