Do you think this terror threat is real or a political ploy?

Do you think this terror threat is real or a political ploy?

I didn't see him, but some posted that Howard Dean was on CNN soon after Sec. Ridge's news conference. Dean was saying the terror threat was political and hyped and there really is not terror threat.

If that is true that Dean said the alert it hyped and there is no threat, that is the most irresponsible statement he could make. He should be held accountable for it. He, in effect, told anyone listening basically to ignore the alert.

CNN's question shows the same irresponsibility.
