Us Forces Hunt Down Al-Qa'eda In Sudan

"It has, however, allowed small teams of American soldiers to pass into the country as part of official visits, such as last month's trip by Colin Powell. A team of five special forces soldiers broke off from the Powell entourage for a week-long mission in the Kurush mountains, where aerial surveillance had established a list of villages where suspicious activity had been detected."

French army moves to Sudan border

Why move? Can't they just email or fax their surrender?

Hmmmm. French "soldiers" moving from Chad to the Sudan. There must be something very frightening in Chad for this to happen.

This unilateral action by France should be given some serious consideration. We demand that these cowsissies cooperate with the international community. It takes a village, ya know.

To quote that US military officer from "We Were Soldiers Once...":

"The French Army? What's that?"

Good move. French chefs are what the Sudan needs at this time...lots of hungry refugees.

How "big" of the french. They have added a whole 200 troops to the 1,000 who are there observing. Just what the f*** are they observing? Janjaweed throwing babies into pots of boiling water? Good GOD!

The UN has been discussing this since July 3rd? While those people were dying the UN was haggling over a word?

I dunno, we keep calling the French cowards but they still maintain their Empire in West Africa and send in troops whenever they feel like it.

Is there "oil" in the Sudan???

These French do have a history of making a mess that forces the US to bail their sorry behinds out.

So the French are now hanging in Chad. The Dims will demand a recount. In any case, I demand at least three Security Council resolutions before the French move any further.
