Am I not getting it, or is Kerry actually bombing? I think he is. I was listening on the radio, and he is not letting the audience get involved. He rushes from one sentence to the next like he really has to go to the bathroom.

I got to a TV and he looks even worse. He's got that half-finished craggly botox thing going on. My wife (who isn't following the campaign at all) said "he doesn't look good at all". That's not what she said about Clinton.

I think the speech is effective, as well. I'm really afraid he's scoring some big points with people who just don't know any better. The sweating and tongue wiggling are hampering his delivery, though.
