The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Australia and Italy have received warnings through a statement purportedly from militants linked to al Qaeda that demanded those countries withdraw troops from Iraq.

In all fairness to Donna Lee Nardo...after reading her post and talking to her in private...I don't believe her comments were intended as harshly as I interperited them to be. This has been a very difficult time for me and I seem to have over reacted. So Donna I am sorry that I have misinterpereted your intent and will hang low. Please eveyone....remember all the hours that SP has spent here answering our questions and letting us in on so many developing stories and Fourm finds. And please be sensitive to her feelings. Notice the bright orange spots that look like explosions. New item is the blood red markers in the center. The lighter red rectangle near the docks at the bottom and also by the top edge adjacent to the green outline of the U.S.

I believe we need to start thinking about the possible methods of attack out of the box - not only by those who will respond to the attacks (law enforcement/medical/etc.) but the average person who will either be a target/victim/survivor of whatever is in store for us. It isn't just the people in large metropolitan areas who have to fear the unknown, but those of us in small cities and communities where "nothing much ever happens."

Our continuing assumption that every new day will be like the one before it is simply not realistic. Unless our alphabets catch each and every one of the sleeper cell members in our country, each day brings them more anonymity and us more likelihood of danger - especially since their numbers are swelling with supporters pouring into America and no end in sight to the open borders that let them in. Surveillance cameras for the State of Michigan's use on the Canadian border are delayed and the borders are ripe for those robust ME types who would hike the backroads and hitch a ride once securely implanted on American soil. Yeah, I really like my high speed microwave connection with my ISP, too. Which reminds me. I need to bug him to go ahead and change us to the tower on the bluffs across the river at a faster speed instead of to the airport much further away and at a lower speed.

I recognize that picture, and those blood red markers. The markers are stock to the picture, which was generated by a 3-D mapping demo online somewhere. I can't remember where. It is lower Manhatten, IIRC. I've seen that before without the flames, and in it's proper context.

Feds Warn Fla. County About Limiting Height of Mosque

SARASOTA, Fla. (AP) - The U.S. Department of Justice has warned Sarasota County officials that they may have acted unfairly against a Muslim group by limiting the height of their proposed mosque. The County Commission ruled in February that the mosque could be no taller than 40 feet - a restriction not placed on 14 other houses of worship approved by the county since 2002.

The Islamic Society of Sarasota and Bradenton, which for 10 years has met in a private home, has a growing congregation and wants to build a 13,500-square-foot mosque it says is based on Islamic traditions that include two 80-foot-high minarets.

In a July 6 letter, the Justice Department said its investigation is "preliminary in nature," but that it has received information that the county may have imposed "a substantial burden on the religious exercise" of the Islamic Society.

Islamic Society members say they had not complained to the federal government, but are celebrating the Justice Department's involvement.

"We are very pleased," society spokesman Hytham Bakr, told the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. "We believe in God and believe God was watching over us."

Dear Meri,
I received the dream and warnings on a possible BACKDOOR opened via Mexican border by Arizona. I was given a similar word, and wanted to give it to you. I posted mine to the PI list and several also sent to several other people, on July 20, 2004 and this is the same day the Lord gave it to me.

It listed this, speaking of Texas...

In 2003 the US Supreme Court overturned the Texas Anti-Sodomy Law
Making Sodomy no crime in Texas after 17 years.

When I read this, immediately I heard, these words in my Spirit....

"Sodomy-BACKDOOR....and it's left open in Texas!"

Now, the backdoor in Texas seems kind of obvious to me, since I am from Texas. I feel it would be the Mexican border but could be symbolic of being vulnerable and open as not having the backside/backdoor covered or closed.


I know that I know, that the Lord has spoken concerning the backdoor open in Texas as likened to Sodomy. So, pray as led...especially over Dallas/Ft. Worth area.

Facts:
Several friends have come through the Dallas area in the past couple of month and all have felt heaviness, dread, vulnerability and great fear.

A dear friend from Tulsa, who is a preacher and has a jail ministry, had major problems in Dallas with her car...leaving her stranded, on foot in a bad section of town at night, in a heavy downpour, with her teen daughter. The Lord brought help and all turned out well, however, she came home feeling very vulnerable and for some time, she was not able to shake that feeling. I believe, now, after hearing from others, that a lot of the feeling she had was possibly what she discerned over the city of Dallas. Vulnerable as being open and unprotected.

Another prophet friend named Mike wrote me and said, "
...... keep the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex area in your prayers. When I was there over the weekend I felt a sense of dread almost the whole time I was there. I don't know what this means, but I do remember when those people bombed the federal building in Oklahoma City several years ago something similar happened to me. I was in Oklahoma City a week before on a school trip, and the whole 2 days we were there I felt a sense of dread and was scared. I hadn't had that happen since then, so I am going to go with my instincts and pray for that area.

Another lady prophetess friend wrote,
Dallas has a "World Trade Center" which is where buyers go to market. ALSO my son works in FT WORTH. He has been battling extreme oppression on his job...but I think he may be discerning the spirits of the area too.

The same lady said in another email that when she went through Dallas she felt a heaviness and dread as Mike told above.

Having lived in that area for several years previously, it ought to be illegal. Nothing good about it at all. Special fun on the rainy downpour days and with slick (black ice) road conditions. I wouldn't live in Oregon ever for any reason - and this is one of them.
