Breaking on Fox... Turkish Vessel being escorted by Coast Guard. It had apparently been watched before the threat was relayed.

Ship is being escorted off the coast, will be boarded once it is far enough off shore.
Captain refusing search.
FBI on its way to meet Coast Guard.
There was prior intel on this ship.
