Other news reoprts claim that the bag contained fireworks. BS if you ask me. This was not a practice run, because the bomb was real. It was not AQ because AQ would not have wasted time on a crude pipe bomb. Could have been Hammas (or a Hammas wannabe) given the recent pronouncement that it intended to beome proactive in the USA. It could have been one of the leftist anarchists starting trouble in advance of the GOP convention. This is a callout request. I have been searching the news in Iowa/Illinois for two stories around my daughter in the quad cities, I know all of you are better at finding stuff than I but here are the incidents I'm looking for to give her some piece of mind:

I've searched Quad city Times and local TV station KWOC, no luck:

Incident one was close to her, a hazmat situation, a gas tanker spewed in Milan, Ill. They are being mum on her news and she would like to know if they are covering up and what the tanker contained

The next incident is a bit alarming and thank goodness it took place 40 mi from her in clinton , IOWA

But this is where many nuke plants are

some teacher sent himself 4 cannisters of 1 ounce each of mercury, area evacuated, no true news being given but the mercury leaked and she has many questions:

How was he able to mail this via the PO
Was it marked?
