All I know is that back in the Doss days, I ordered shareware disks, that you couldn't use in 30 days, not even to see what was on them.
Not one fancy program that I ever paid for, did what it was said to do.
I had better luck with shareware.
No one else over at TS seem to be able to get AmericanPitBulls out of that code either. I don't think you can.
There are 2 videos.
One was over an hour long with no subtitles.
The one with subtitles, was from the Clouds Enterprise Media and was 31 minutes, 11 seconds long.
The second is the one where the code supposedly came from.
There is only one version of each.
SP should be back tomorrow. She can provide and explination. One thing is for sure in my mind. If she said she found it then she did...And it was on the copy she recieved and viewable in what ever application she used. We need her input before making any more conclusions...IMHO.

There are a handful of frames that have what appears to be a hexadecimal code embedded in them. I've just posted an image at the NEIN website but I'll repost here. Obviously this has been reported to law enforcement.

For the last time, THIS is my answer:
1. The link does not work, because HELLO links to jihadi videos NEVER stay up more than a few hours on the net....if you monitored the forums, you would know that!
2. I found the video, sent it to Laura for translation, as well as to the JTTF.
3. Laura found the code (which is on more that just that one frame, as well as another video), and the info on the code was forwarded to the same contact at the JTTF.
4. The Freeper sent the image on the 21st....I had it on the 20th and so did the JTTF. They had the code in the wee hours of the 21st.
To sum up what I just copied from earlier posts on THIS thread:
Jill found a video that she sent to StillProud and the JTTF. StillProud translated, found something in the process, and sent that to the JTTF also.
I do not know why you and other people have not seen the same things. It may be that you do not have the right software, but it seems more likely that you are not looking at the same source material.
Regardless, I doubt very much that StillProud and Jill made this up. If they were hoaxed, it was pretty cleverly done. And since, according to Jill, the JTTF asked NEIN to take it down, someone there must have been taken in too.
How many frames per second does typical film roll through? I believe it's 24. Soooo, at 55000 frames / (24*60) makes it 38 minutes and 19 seconds. Neither is *really* close to this figure.
THE CODE IS FAKE
As I first though, this code IS fake.
There is no "code" on the video file at all, on any of the frames in question.

Assuming the code is in fact there in some form then consider this. How do we know that the code was not added in said mannor by those who made and released the video? Is it possible to add a code to the video image that would not be the same quality as the original video. Not being an expert in that field...I would not know.
Standard NTSC video rolls at 30 frames per second. That allows 60 fields per second to match the frequency of the AC power line in the U.S. Film rates are typically 16 FPS.
The file info on the video says 25 frames per second...
I obviously did not come anywhere close to this in my analysis, so it is likely somewhat flawed. The people at TS seem to have debunked it a good bit though, so I am not sure. I guess I will reserve further comment for now and look for a way to break it up at 25 frames per second.

In the meantime, my GUESS is that we're talking about a version of the same tape without subtitles, in Arabic only, that Jill found. At least, that is how I interpret what Jill said.
Except for the first paragraph, the rest is a repeat from the message that he posted on Jan 28th.

Thanks. That is what I wanted to know. You are saying that earth is not good for EMP sheilding. Why ground a faraday cage to earth then?
It's the SAME video... the original screenshot with the code had the english subtitles on it.
I still think this is a tempest in a teapot and the code came from the DivX program that SP admitted to be using on the Q Files show when she broke in on Steve the other night.
It is probably an embedded encryption from the saving of the file which is why some people have the code if using the same program and others do not.

Seems to me Jill thinks something needed to be translated.
