Well after opening the freeway here where the hazmat incident occured last night (southbound opened very early morning, northbound, spillside, opened around 7 am)...it's now completely closed again northbound (they started closing it off and on or just a few lanes at a time since 9 am when they discovered more spills from the truck again)...
So for anyone tracking spills/hazmat situations, it's not really over here yet...

Thank you.
We are still in America and have the freedom to make a dollar if we find a way to do so.
We are still free to not buy a service, if we do not want to do so.
If it is wrong for NEIN to sell info, then take a look at all the other brain-power that is for sale, it should be free also.
Now that it is free, I won't have to pay for help with my computer and when I am ready for a website of my own, then, everyone will do it for me and not charge me for using their brains.
The above statement is a 'general statement', not a offer for starting a thread called, Freepers help Freepers, they do you know and I am sure that they would help me without a bill being sent, and I feel honored to know such fine people.
And I think it is wonderful, when they can sell the use of the brain power God gave them.

So far, they're blaming it on the possibility of the storms. Downed powerlines, etc. O'Hare and Midway both running several hours behind schedule according to CLTV.
