Isreal should tell the International Court of Justice to stick that decision up their collective noses or any other convenient orifice.

Such a ruling violates international law, as every nation has the absolute right to protect itself from military attacks (e.g. suicide bombings, rocket attacks, mortar shelling, etc.). And the new Palestinian state is simply going to be bounded by this new security wall. Any legal ruling to tear down such a border fence is therefore prima facia illegal.
Somebody *PLEASE* ask Senator Kerry where he stands on this ruling. This is about to get fun.

The time will come when we view this court for the threat to western style stability, that it is. Israel has every right to build a fence to protect itself, if the PLO won't stop their bombing.
When did this court rule on Hamas, the PLO, et al attacking innocent Israeli citizens at will, almost constantly for years?
That this court can even address Israel with a straight face after all it's gone through, show it up for what it is.
Bush, if ever there was time for a pre-emptive, this would probably be it.
