So the cop pulls out his gun and tells the drunk come out or I will shoot. The drunk says go ahead and shoot.

Yep, just another reason why we shouldn't bother doing anything to legitimize this pompous BS.

Tell the Hague to send its army to enforce the decision. Next.

That is because the EU is pouring all that money to the Palestinian bomb factories and there hasn't been a suicide bomber for months.

The UN can try to tear it down...I suggest Israel target Brussels on one of their nukes.

Most of the justices believed that in building the fence, Israel violated international humanitarian law, by infringing on Palestinians' freedom of movement, freedom to seek employment, education and health.

But apparently the Israelis have no humanitarian "freedom of movement" to put their children on a bus and not have to vaccuum them up in pieces afterward.

Isreal should tell the International Court of Justice to stick that decision up their collective noses or any other convenient orifice.

Prior to the release of the decision, Israeli sources said they were unsure of the court's ruling....

The source must of been Shamon Peres or Yossi Beilin. They're the Jews with their heads so deep in their asses that logical thought is impossible.

The fence infringes upon the arab's right to send suicide bombers into Israel, I suppose.

Obviously, the International Court didn't read:

The First Palestinain State http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1037839/posts

Oh, you didn't know they had a State before? Yes, they did.

"The Hague court ruled that it had jurisdiction to render an opinion on the issue of the fence."

Well, anyone can play that game.

bangs gavel... Hear ye, hear ye. I have rendered an opinion that I, RightOnTheLeftCoast, have jurisdiction over Francois Mitterand's front yard. I hereby decree that he must fly an American flag there every day.

What? He's ignoring me? Well then obviously Sharon can ignore these primping "International Court" marmots.

Such a ruling violates international law, as every nation has the absolute right to protect itself from military attacks (e.g. suicide bombings, rocket attacks, mortar shelling, etc.).

And the new Palestinian state is simply going to be bounded by this new security wall. Any legal ruling to tear down such a border fence is therefore prima facia illegal.

Somebody *PLEASE* ask Senator Kerry where he stands on this ruling.

This is about to get fun.

The time will come when we view this court for the threat to western style stability, that it is. Israel has every right to build a fence to protect itself, if the PLO won't stop their bombing.

When did this court rule on Hamas, the PLO, et al attacking innocent Israeli citizens at will, almost constantly for years?

That this court can even address Israel with a straight face after all it's gone through, show it up for what it is.

Bush, if ever there was time for a pre-emptive, this would probably be it.

Well done!

Could you please use your power to also rescue those poor marmots from the International Court? (it's not the marmots' fault the IC people act like weasels...why should the innocent marmots suffer?! LOL!!)
