WASHINGTON (AP) -- A constant stream of intelligence indicating that al Qaeda wants to strike the United States this summer or fall has led federal officials to urge increased vigilance during the Independence Day weekend, but there is no specific threat of an attack timed to the holiday.

Enriched Uranium Found in Iraq
Nearly two tons of low-enriched uranium has been discovered in Iraq and has been transported out of the country in a secret operation conducted by the U.S. Energy Department.
The find showed that Saddam Hussein likely had enough nuclear fuel to produce at least one atomic bomb, according to a physicist with the Federation of American Scientists quoted by the Associated Press.

Russia seeks new military cooperation with China
MOSCOW (AFP) Jul 06, 2004
Russia said Tuesday it wanted to extend its military cooperation with neighboring giant China for decades to come during a visit by the deputy chairman of Beijing's central military commission, news reports said. Deputy chairman Guo Boxiong met Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov, with the Russian security chief saying ahead of the formal meeting that military cooperation was "developing vigorously" with China, Interfax reported.
Ivanov said the meeting "should be a building block for the future years and even decades."
China with India is a principal customer for Russian arms, but most of the contracts until now have concerned aircraft, boats, submarines and munitions.

We had quite a bit of discussion about this guy and the other "odd" diver stories that were about that time. I imagine if you go through the thread from that time (February) you would find the discussion. No small task, I know, digging back through the thread. The problem with the "mystery" diver stories was there was so little, if any, follow up in the media; as usual.
There are things we just don't understand...LOL
Isn't every city? When at home I know I'm in territory of Mexico. But when I get over to the other side of the valley I'm in territory of the Middle East. Ugh.
How dangerous is it to click and go to this site. I know a jihadi in black hood is not going to jump out of the monitor and lop off my head, but I'm scared of little jihadi's getting in my computer and hacking away.
Do it the easier way...

Oh, dear!
As though I didn't do enough around here to earn the ire of . . . uhhh . . . certain folks.
Thanks anyway! Quix alone is plenty! LOL.
I'm Quixotic enough without any other titles! It seems to me!
But thanks for the kind words.
Don't do anything you do not want to do.
I do not surf anonymously.
I go to all these sites.
However, it doesn't make me
popular.
As for hacking, there are jihadis
that love to hack.
