SILVER SPRINGS, Nev. (AP) - A teenage girl shot and killed her father Wednesday after he kidnapped her and two sisters at gunpoint and shot their mother in the face, authorities said.
The man was found dead in his car near a park about 30 miles east of Carson City, authorities said. He apparently had been drinking heavily and fell asleep, giving the girl the opportunity to shoot him.

A week ago, the 43-year-old Ball was released on bail on felony charges of sexual assault, incest and assault with a deadly weapon. Further details on those charges were not immediately available.
Looks like a well deserved death.

Look out...she'll probably be charged with 2nd degree murder, since he was SLEEPING. Thank God she shot the bastard...think of how much money and effort she saved the judicial system. A rabid dog is simply put down, so should it be with humans who serve notice on society that they are not fit to live amongst us.
This happened very close to where I live. Father apparently had sexually abused the daughters and one or more of the girls were injured this morning. He also attacked his mother-in-law. Not a nice person at all - don't think we will miss him at all.

Maybe in our states, but any DA that brings charges against this girl in Nevada needs to be running for the tall pines of the Sierras.
Nah, never fly, not in a million years. Abused child, in fear for her life. Even if they were crazy enough to bring charges they wouldn't find a single juror to convict.
