Look out...she'll probably be charged with 2nd degree murder, since he was SLEEPING. Thank God she shot the bastard...think of how much money and effort she saved the judicial system. A rabid dog is simply put down, so should it be with humans who serve notice on society that they are not fit to live amongst us.

Maybe in our states, but any DA that brings charges against this girl in Nevada needs to be running for the tall pines of the Sierras.

It seems to me that if you have been kidnapped and are in extreme harm's way, as these young women were, shooting him at the first opportunity is certainly self-defense. If God is indeed in His heaven, these poor daughters will be praised instead of prosecuted.

It was in Nevada, so the odds in her favor are about as good as it can get. Nevada probably has the most liberal "he needed killin'" laws in the US. It is likely that this case could be framed justifiable by the DA in Nevada, even under the circumstances.
