Video sent to al Jazeera..
"we ask you to withdraw forces, or we will you send you this Korean's head"
Subhumans. "Rage" doesn't quite cover how I'm feeling right now. I've had it with these barbarians and their mutilations.
ping
MSNBC playing the actual video.
The poor guy is pleading for his life.
[heartwrenching]
Jordanians are foreigners in Iraq and we need to make sure that they stay at as very high a risk as other foreigners.
Yes, it is awful. Things are ratcheting up out there, poor guy...

DUBAI (Reuters) - An Iraqi group has threatened to behead a South Korean hostage if Seoul does not end cooperation with U.S. occupying authorities, a videotape aired on Arabic television station Al Jazeera said on Monday.
"We ask you to withdraw your forces from our land and not to send any more troops, and if not we'll send you this Korean's head," one of a group of armed, masked man standing around the Korean man said.
A banner in the background named the group as Jama'at al-Tawhid and Jihad, the name of the militant group led by al Qaeda operative in Iraq Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.
In honor of CBS' role, terror beheading is hereby called "Dan Rathering" or simply "Rathering".
Boy, I'm glad your attached to your TV there. Good image!
Well, 10 days to go before take-over. It could get really hairy between now and then.
They have not had an enemy until they have The Republic of Korea as an enemy.
The new Iraq government ought to rent the Tiger Division as their police force.
MSNBC thinks the Russel Crowe piece is more important.
CNN is in commercials, now a report on First Fathers (Presidents fathers).
FoxNews was saying that could be the reason this SK man was taken--because SK was intending on sending more troops.
It'll either enrage the South Koreans, or it'll make them withdraw.
USA attitude or Spain attitude?
I guess we'll wait and see.
Terrorists are demanding SK withdraw troops by sunset, per FoxNews.
Now is the time to give S. Korea all the aid they need to go in and do the dirty work that our press keeps us from doing.
No doubt we'll be seeing more of this; I figure it demonstrates the deperation which has overtaken the insurgency. The only battleground on which the insurgents have any traction is The Media. Unable to militarily inconvenience the Coalition, the thugs seek ever more spectacular ways to engage The Media, which bends over backwards to accomodate them in their outrages. Impractical, unethical, and immoral, yeah, but wouldn't it be great, the next time these thugs pull a stunt like this, to simply begin executing, say, oh ... one-per-hour, and very publically, like on broadcast TV, an already-incarcerated compatriot of theirs, continuing untill the threateners release their hostage and turn themselves over to the proper authorities or are turned over by their panic-stricken fellows?
