I wouldn't want one for myself here. But if I were a contractor in Saudi or the ME.......different considerations.

The speaker on the video threatening to kill American Paul Johnson if their demands aren't met identified himself as Abdulaziz al-Moqrin, who is believed to lead al Qaeda operations in Saudi Arabia.

MSNBC already spinning that this may not be good news. There maybe retributions for this.

No doubt. Let the spineless hand-wringers in the media stress over it.

We will kill and kill and kill until they are gone. Because it's us or them.

IMHO....Johnson was beheaded the moment that video was released the other day

I was thinking that also

Also did you notice the one part of the video where he had bandages around his neck and head?

Why were they able to identify him AFTER the beheading? Why weren't they able to do so BEFORE so Johnson's life could be saved? SICKENING!

I wouldn't be surprised if we have actually put one of those chips in some of the guys we've released from some of the prisons.

But then again, maybe I watch too much of that show, "24".

I hope Bush is very skeptical, too.

I hope he stops hitting the snooze button.

The problems IMO are that people simply don't pay attention (so they have no or little understanding of what's going on and lose confidence easily) combined with the fringe elements of the tin foil hat crowd who lead people off the deep edge of reality.

Gott sei dank! Thank God! Sadly, it was a day late. May the terrorist scum burn in hell forever.

Alleged Al Qaeda Member Details Rules for Hostage-Taking

In a video posted Tuesday on the Internet, the speaker identified himself as Abdulaziz al-Moqrin, who is believed to lead al Qaeda operations in Saudi Arabia and is well known to Saudi officials as a ruthless man.

Al-Moqrin said Johnson's captors would kill him if al Qaeda prisoners in Saudi Arabia were not released within 72 hours. Johnson was kidnapped Saturday by a group calling itself "Al Qaeda Organization in the Arab's Peninsula," also known as "Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula."

ABC News has obtained an article published on the Internet two months ago, attributed to al-Moqrin, detailing the rules of hostage-taking.

"Start to kill the hostages if there is any procrastination, so that the enemy knows that we are serious about what we say, which would give the group credibility," advised the author of the chilling article.

Among the purposes of hostage-taking, the author of the article wrote, is to "force the government or the enemy to submit to some demands," and "to embarrass the government politically in front of the country of those who were kidnapped."

The article also advised that governments usually don't submit to kidnappers' demands, and if they do submit to one of the demands, "it is probably a trick." It is forbidden to lengthen the hostage-taking time, "because the ability of the team is then weakened and the tension increases, while the security efforts increase."

Saudi official Nair al-Jubier said, "These criminals know what they're doing. There will be no negotiations with them."

Why were they able to identify him AFTER the beheading?

How do you know they hadn't ID'd him? It's possible they simply found him too late.

I'm sorry, this is just too convenient. And they report founding the body and not the fact that they killed those disposing of the body, until some hours later? This stinks, you can not believe a word that comes out of their mouths.

Jesus answers your question in Matt. 10:37-39: "Anyone who loves his father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me; and anyone who does not take his cross and follow me is not worthy of me. Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whever loses his life for my sake will find it." Jesus never promised that being a Christian is easy. We follow in a very long train of martyrs who kept the faith in incredible suffering because Jesus helped them bear it.
