Exactly...very well said. Any government efforts need to be implemented with that in mind, to compliment that.
That is the message of the mall scene and most of the other CONUS terror attacks throiughout the Dragon's Fury Series.
Someone told me that Detroit, Michigan has the largest Mosque in the US. You mean there are two others now that are just as big or bigger???

The real news this morining is that the lamestream media is burying this story on the back pages. USA Today has a tiny blurb pn the front page that mentions nothing about terrorism. The Tennessean decided that a ruling by the city council on the height of weeds in ones yard was front page headline material while the story of a thwarted terrorist plot got page 7A.
Yes! I woke up to Fox News saying that "there never WAS any threat to any Malls in Ohio!" What the heck gives here?
Isn't that close to the Pontifical College Josephinum? I have a friend whose brother went to school there.
You say this as if it's bad... I can only hope that you are right!
In Ohio, a key battleground state in the election. Are they attempting to influence the election like they did in Spain?
New York is to be found closer to the wallet, IMO.
I never said anything about the size of churches.
Somalians are some of the poorest people on the planet. If they come here and just live on welfare, they are RICH in comparison. (but that doesn't leave a lot of cash left for building huge mosques)
Sorry. My mistake. I'm getting the two groups mixed up. :-)
Last summer I was in the food court in Pentagon Centre and saw this bearded guy who looked Middle Eastern with a video camera methodically filming the food court. He walked all the way around, then stood in the center and slowly panned up to the third floor, lingering on the escalator area. It entirely creeped me out, especially since it is forbidden to film or take pictures in that mall. I tried to find a security guard but had no luck. When I got home I called the security office at the mall to report what I'd seen, and was greeted with a ho-hum. I haven't been back since, although it's close to where I live, except to go to Nordstrom's at the other end of the mall. I still think they are planning something for this location, across Army-Navy Drive from the Pentagon itself.
If you are discovered carrying a concealed weapon, then you aren't doing it right, in my opinion.
The very first day I ever carried legally, it was to the Charleston Town Center Mall in Charleston West Virginia. If any of you know that mall, it is an ambush waiting to happen.
And although I still carry, I have chosen to forego the indoor malls. I know a little about escape and evasion, and the lack of numerous exits makes the average suburban indoor mall a potential killzone.
If you want to see a ripe candidate to attack, look at the town center again. The parking garage is designed as such that a gas tanker parked on the bottom floor could collapse the whole shooting match.
And no, it's not my imagination, an anti terrorist analyst with the state police pointed that out to me.
Only go to the malls where you can drive up to the door. Target stores, Wal Marts, etc. At least one has a chance there.
ROFLOL! You've made a durn good point! Lot's of folks, including myself, at times use the unofficial "uniform" of the permit holder: The Banana Republic Photographer's Vest. You see somebody wearing one of these or a clone and he's got no camera gear and it's almost 100% that person is armed. Same as with the slightly oversized (I have one of these too, carrying it today) belly bag with the telltale signature the little pull tab exposed at one corner to expose the interior holster. Look carefully and you can spot it. OR the guy who wears an ankle holster and sometimes screams in pain as the gun knocks the inside of the opposite ankle. This can be seen when the subject sits. I am forever asking my wife if I'm "printing" as I wear a cover garment. She knows exactly what I'm asking. Takes practice.
Sounds as though the big beautiful Basilica in downtown Mpls. will soon be covered by a dome.
Find the book The Final Jihad and read the blueprint of what is going on today. It is by Michael Keating, brother to the ex-Gov of Oklahoma.
If you include SE MI in the heartland, it hasn't been secure in years.
You know, this may make the fastidious uncomfortable, but I think that the INS needs to be restructured at the very least. How is it that we keep letting in those who won't assimilate? I ask rhetorically.
Funny saying about the Cowboys and Muslims! Israelis are more armed then Americans. Every citizen, including women, must serve in the military. Males are two years and I believe females are one year. Every home has a gun. They have been dealing with this for close to 40 years.
I don't think we will ever get the cooperation out of non-militant, Islamic Americans. Their religion forbids it.
