I was mildly worried when a bit ago the radio had the Emergency Alert System go off....and then nothing.
I have never had that happen....usually something comes on saying it is just a test, but not this time.
But, I think it was nothing, because shortly it went back to programming.

Here are some of the terrorists in Minnesota. We also have the blind cleric in prison here. Also can't recall the names of the terrorists from St. Paul/Mpls who were arrested in Asia on the arms deal. We are a hotbed for terrorists.
http://www.calguard.ca.gov/ia/terrorism/Hijackers%20Credit%20Cards%20Still%20in%20Use.htm Meanwhile, French authorities began an investigation into the activities of Zacarias Moussaoui, a French-Moroccan who was detained in Minnesota in August and is now being probed in the terror attacks on America.
Moussaoui raised suspicions when he went to a flight school and said he wanted to learn to fly a plane but not to land.

Terror suspect Mohammed Warsame, 30, twice saw combat with front line units of the Taliban while in Afghanistan and once sat next to Usama bin Laden (search) at a meal, said the affidavit, which investigators said was based on interviews with Warsame.
"The defendant stated that bin Laden was very inspirational," according to the affidavit.
http://24hour.startribune.com/login/?goto=http://www.startribune.com/stories/1576/813772.html The Somalia-based Islamic group Al-Itihaad al-Islamiya operates a fund-raising arm in the metropolitan area which has raised money from Somalis, according to a federal law enforcement official and local Somalis.
Some Somalis said that those who contributed in Minnesota thought the group was a charity.
President Bush, however, froze assets of Al-Itihaad and 26 other people and organizations because of links to Bin Laden or his terrorist organization Al-Qaida, and barred future donations to them.

As President Reagan put it "trust but verify". For Soviet era Russians, sure.
In regards to followers of islam "don't trust and verify" is far more appropriate.

Why thanks so much. She just loves Columbus. Loves the buildings and other structures. She loves the parks too. She did a great photo shoot at the botanical gardens when they had the big blown glass exhibit. Gilhooly was amoung the artists shown. Got to go in after hours and had the whole exhibit to herself and shot 10-12 rolls of film. I have some of the pictures she took, the exhibit was gorgous. I drooled. :)

"An attack like the Madrid bombings would bring more than just a Federal reaction.
My guess is that a lot of muslims would start turning up dead and a lot of mosques would begin to spontaneoulsy combust.
Just my opinion but I think there are a lot of folks who would not be satisifed to wait for the feds to do something."
I think you are correct.
Funny, your post reminds me of a quote from Walter Williams in the wake of the Los Angeles riots.
"I hope white people never riot....because when they do they use artillery and airstrikes first...and they never target their own neighborhoods...."
rough paraphrase, but you get the idea.

Abdi has been held by U.S. immigration authorities since his arrest Nov. 28, 2003. And to think .. Fat Teddy and Mad Man Biden think these people are being unjustly held and should be given their proper rights
Well I just hope Ashcroft made sure Abdi received warm meals and a good night sleep /s>

They have concealed carry in Ohio now...somebody might actually be able to shoot back.. Hardly likely. RINO Gov. Taft made it so complicated that there are few places to carry legally, even if you choose to go through all the BS to actually obtain a permit.
The Ohio CCW law was specifically designed to ensure there will be many technical violations by permit holders technical misdemeanors and felonies)so as to make the law useless.
To: suijuris
according to daughter...CCW is in effect in Ohio, but no self-defense laws.

Was at the Mall of America earlier this month and was struck by how many veiled women were serving as janitorsA Somali woman was murdered by her jealous boyfriend there a couple two three years back.
Not comforting to know that they're janitors. Bombs fit well under the burkas.

"My guess is that a lot of muslims would start turning up dead and a lot of mosques would begin to spontaneoulsy combust."Which was why they put a state trooper 24/7 on I-75 outside the mosque north of Cincinnati. They were afraid of a drive-by bombing of some sort.

Maybe at GITMO or maybe in Jordan. Maybe Sicily - yesssss, Sicily would be good. Not if you want reliable info. If you want the truth, rather than what you want to hear, GITMO is the way to go.
