The Middle Eastern lawyer, knowing how fortunate she is to be able to live here and practice a profession out of a burka, chastises our agents for not seeking illegals among the European immigrants. Tito, get me a tissue.

I emphasized that this guy has been here for twelve years but can't bring himself to converse in English. Also note where separate organizations are formed at the drop of a hat to further minority interests where a Caucasion Chamber of Commerce or a White Law Enforcement Society would cause full scale riots.

Missed an HTML letter. One sentence should have read:

As an example, Mendez said, there has been a rash of robberies recently in the East and South wards, with a majority of the victims of Central and South American descent. Mendez said the undocumented illegal Hispanics are like "walking ATMs" because they tend to carry all their money with them.

THey caught one! Good! Now watch the left-wing activist judge let him go free while they reschedule a "trial" maybe a year from now.

To quote the movie "The Birdcage", we're intimidated by their "Guatemalaness".

I don't feel sorry for him at all.

Illegals break our laws with impunity. I don't care why they are here or how long they have been here. I'm tired of people running here instead of staying in their home country and fighting for change.

Just the latest in what's looking like an orchestrated series of sob stories. There always seems to be a new one every day from a different part of the country.

His hope is to someday live the American dream.

But not to follow the American laws or speak the American language. Twelve years in the USA and he hadn't learned any English? That's pretty ridiculous and lazy --- most Americans will learn more Spanish for a 2 week vacation to Mexico than most of these people will learn after 20 years of living off the system.

His brother-in-law and a friend opted for voluntary departure and will be leaving soon.

These were the smart ones --- rather than get deported which means they have that on their record, it's best to opt for voluntary departure which means they can go back and apply to come here legally --- this time waiting their turn in line like so many others do. Sometimes those who waste the taxpayer money fighting off a deportation just hurt themselves for doing that.

He is free on bail while awaiting his fate already.

Where is the sentence that describes who the majority of the criminals are? The only people who usually look at a Central American and know that they likely have several thousands of dollars on them are other Central Americans --- your typical US American looks at them and thinks they're all poor people.

I have to restrain myself from tossing out the monitor! You are on target with the redactions. I have been fighting this "undocumented" alien issue for too long! Not long enough, I see. It is sick to see how the media, organizations, unions (SEIU and AFL-CIO) and our government pander to "undocumented" aliens.

"He is free on bail while awaiting his fate already."

He will just do as 99.9% of the others do - disappear!

The 0.1% were too stupid to run when given the nudge by the judges.

I suspect that the media is trying to counteract our good work of screaming long and hard at our politicians. More and more of these stories are showing up. When will we see stories of the 28% in prison for crimes committed in this nation? When will we see stories of how much they are costing the American taxpayer? When will they tell us that less than 6% pay any taxes at all? When will we be told about the 34% on some form of taxpayer assistance? How many of his children did we have to pay to bring into the world? To educate? To feed? To house? To pay medical expenses? I've no doubt he counted on his kids going thru college on our dime as well.

I'm not heartless. I'm just disgusted. I have a family of my own that needs taking care of. We never should have been placed in this position by our politicians.

Fair.org has some excellent stats. There are other good sites as well. It's time to remind our politicians once again that we just are fed up and not going to vote for those supporting this madness any longer.

He admits he came to the United States illegally 12 years ago, but after living in a Central American political climate where guerrillas ruled and people simply "disappeared," he said he had little choice. Crossing the border was the only way to ensure a better life.

"I hope to God I don't have to leave," said Ruben in his native Spanish. "If I was single, I would go, but I have four children. They are used to living here. I can probably find work (in Guatemala), but I will not earn enough to feed my family. If I leave, how do I feed my children?"

Has he no money saved, since he has not been paying Federal Income Tax all this time? Guatemala is now a safe (by Central/South American standards) country to live in. Time for him to go back home.
