Charles & Camilla are both denying it (to the public) FWIW.

Beautiful service. We watched it here in the office and even the Liberals (98% of the office) were touched and saying nice things. I'm glad he's at peace.

Well, if they choose it, then cool. (I just don't like the media much, so...)

"Bubba's funeral will probably be at Scores!"

---No. It will be at Hooter's with beer and hot wings and the Hooter ho's as pallbearer's

You and I stopped by at the same time, then, because that's exactly what I heard. Yay for you, Jennings. In spite of your behaving decently, people tuned in just in time to hear you disgrace yourself.

That was Fred Phelps and his bunch. They picketed Goldwater's funeral too.

I'm just glad no one attacked them. We'd hear more about that from the media than about the funeral.

My thoughts, slightly modified. Americans, tear down that wall!

Agree with your "modified version"...dare we hope that this country might learn something yet from all this?! Like someone's 17-year son said, about 1500 posts ago...!

Let's try...say it out loud, put it on a bumper sticker, post it at Move.On and DU...

"Americans, tear down that wall!"

My husband shares a birthday with Mr. Reagan and your Father. It appears Feb. 6th is a special day.

Michael Regan losing it.
Just look at RON'S tortured face, and contortions, and you realize he is not at peace, and may never be. All of us believers need God during these sorrowful times.

Ron Jr. may have his Dad's DNA, but Michael has his Dad's heart & faith. Regardless, bless them both at this time.

The Democrats who have assumed the goals of communists would be first to object. They want to substitute the religion of secular government supremacy for all other religions.

Now the alphabet soup news are picking up the DNC talking point of Reagan days was civility and now it is not. They IGNORE the point that the viciousness was adopted by the democrats in order to prevent another Reagan president from wiping the floor with them again.

This is the very first time I've cried since this memorial all began. Not sure why but I thought that at my age I've shed so many tears there were none left.

This memorial proved me wrong.

This day put Reagan's presidency in context and no media can change it.

I consider my beloved Dubya a man who will also change the world. We must pray for him.

Taht is what I was afraid of, so I did not tape the local Fox station, but instead CBS.

The local Fox stations don't pick up FNC coverage unless there is breaking news of major significance.

Unfortunately, the local Fox stations don't consider a history-making event like this as something that qualifies.

All the Bush men are emotional, especially the older they get. Jeb will get so choked up in gratitude alone he has to walk away sometimes. It is truly humbling.
