Well, the guys got quite a pair doesn't he? After spending years trying to vote down anything Reagan stood for he has the cajones to prop himself up in front of Reagan's casket for the media.
Just when I thought I couldn't stand him anymore...

Did Kerry yell at President Reagan's casket reminding him that he served in Vietnam?

Kerry just flew in Flew in???

In a just world, Reagan would burst out of his coffin and strangle Kerry at the effrontery of his appearance. Or perhaps a bolt of lightning for effect.

But...but MSNBC says this isn't a political event. The senator just wants to pray and pay his repects.

Well, he took his own camera men to Viet Nam so they could get the war hero in action for future campaign footage, so why does this surprise you? Probably took them along on his and Terrayza's wedding night too...
To: Dog
That's because Reagan was president for 8 years - so far, Bush has only been for 3.5.
2 times is twice as much as 1 time.

As I said in an earlier thread...Kerry isn't worthy of following the funeral procession, sweeping up the horse poop.
To: Bluntpoint
If that happened, he'd immediately go running off to claim yet another Purple Heart...

Life Magazine's "Picture History of WWII" contains a picture of Hitler gazing at Napoleon's tomb... I suppose it's uncharitable to think of John Kerry in the same context, but it's difficult to avoid it. The guy's got too many strikes against him for clintonesque photo opps.

Dime to donuts he is PAYING someone to do a 'Journeys with George' type documentary about him... scum. Can't even RESPECT a dead President by forgetting about HIMSELF for just one f'n minute!
Folks, this is ALL ABOUT KERRY. And like everything else he has done, it will fail.

Did John Kerry cut in line to get his photo op?
And does this mean, that further down, someone that truly mourns the passing of a great President, will be turned away at the door?
To: Dog
This guy has a tremendous appetite for self-destruction.

Right.....that's why he sent his own cameraman in first.
BTW, MSNBC reported that NOBODY else has done this; Arnold and Maria were there at the request of Nancy Reagan, but NO other politicos have been there.
As MSNBC said, this is for the people.

MSNBC just made sure to tell everyone that Kerry didn't come just to stop here. He's in CA to attend his daughter's (hopefully fully clad) graducation from film school. He thought he'd line jump just cause he's in the neighborhood apparently.
